I'm thinking of getting a cheap helmet camera but not sure now. Is there a way to reduce the wobbly effect? Was your helmet loose? I'll have to research, maybe use sponge or ball pen springs to lessen the vibration, otherwise my audience will get headaches in 30 seconds of videos like this.
dude, i saw this guy mount it on a fucking rocket. the camera flew off when the parachute deployed and it must have fallen more than a hundred feet to the ground and it was still filming afterwards...
hey im thinking of getting this for airsoft and the first match i wanna use it for will include ATVs so would it be good? and how does it look when someone is running?
Give me a break. If you're going to portray yourselves as weekend warriors at least pick a trail that's challenging and interesting. My 90 year old grandmother could bike through Mission Trails.
haha, u werent goin to get the atc 2k! its amazing. ur hardly goin to be get a HD helmet cam thats waterproof are u. and u havent taken into account youtubes codec!
As a helmet cam on a mountain bike, I don't think the mounting hardware is sufficient enough to produce quality video. But the camera is inexpensive and durable, and I haven't played enough with alternative homemade mounting solutions to give the camera itself a fair chance. It might be that if I could rig a stable enough mounting platform that the quality of the video would improve. I don't regret the purchase, but don't expect stellar quality...
horrible camera, you might as well buy a keychain camera for a fraction of the price

@theleabres the wobblyness of the camera is rolling shutter and is inevitable in the cheap and cheerful camera range
