  • I prefer the way he sang the song on this tour. The final chorus seems so big.

  • The effect is a imposed arpeggio sequence in the key of E over 2 measures generated by a guitar synthesizer called the roger linn adrenalinn. He plays the song and melody through the guitar but the notes are generated over it giving it its infectious groove. No wonder why it is such a hit song.

  • the backlights look like spaceshuttle things hha that are going up

  • how's the effect in the intro called?

  • its an arpeggio sequencer if you want it purchase adrenalinn 3 man that thing is sick..

  • the intro was insanly good!!

  • At 4:24 he looks straight into the camera.

  • yes, we were in the second row - dead centre- and had a lot of those moments! In the clip from 'Daughters', you can hear the lady next to us say 'He loves your camera!'

  • i love the intro/outro's he's added to this song. it's great. especially live.

  • The intro, guitar-wise, is played very similar to the outro he plays in other performances of this song.

  • The intro does remind me of a certain song that was used for a TV ad. I can't remember what that song was though, or even the ad. It was one of those boring ones (ad, I mean).

  • of course he wrote the intro not only cuz its amazing but its cuz he talks about the song if you listen to what hes saying

  • is the intro a song or just a random amazing jamz he wrote?

    cause its amazing!

  • that was such a kick ass intro
