  • Dude this is awesome, I totally forgot about this. I'm driving the Plymouth in the vid. After 2 or 3 races into the season I got the red ring of death and missed the rest of the season. This was some of the most fun I've had playing games in my life though. We gotta get this back together some time. BTW guys I got some fresh videos coming this summer of my guns and my real life Camaro, so if those things intrest you please subscribe to me and stay tuned. I'm getting my channel back running soon.

  • That is a friggin loud trans am. XD the noise doesnt even sound like a trans am

  • It's funny how people always say American cars are only good for racing in a straight line, yet they forgot about the Trans Am series where *SHOCK* American muscle cars raced on road coarses...

  • I hav the sunoco camaro only its #6 and flat gray

  • Can you buy a plimith roadrunner in forza 2? Sry I cant spell.

  • no...I wish =[

  • Back in the day that Camaro wouldn't have been eligible for the Trans Am Series. There was a 305ci limit up until '70 (I believe, not sure, though.) Would have been more historically correct if you used the Z28, seeing as it was designed for the Trans Am series. Good race, though.

  • Never claimed they were historically accurate. In fact, we had to bend a lot of rules in order to have more than just two cars in the race.

  • how do u get the trans am

  • u have to get the map back for the trans am, and this video hes talking about the Trans Am racing series

  • lol so what was your mustange buddy doing? Im kinda confused.

  • how do you get the trans am and camaro?

  • its not a trans am it a chrysler barracuda

  • i think he means by the Trans Am racing series.

  • The Pontiact GTO and 69'GTO And there is a Plymouth Barracuda

  • finally some circuit racing, yay no more drifting!

  • lmao..funny!

  • What class do you have the camaro as?

  • 3 of us.

  • yeah,youre right,its a cuda,but it resembles a duster...

  • its not a cuda,its a plymouth duster...

  • It's a cuda. Thanks for playing.

  • @johnbeauchemin your both wrong. its the Herkimer Battle Jitney from mystery men

  • @johnbeauchemin 1968 cuda i think

  • Also... looks like the stang drivers controller ran out of batteries... or else he would've won.

  • hahaha, it might have been more competitive, but winning is kind of a stretch.

  • how did u get the vids? How do you transfer them to ur computer?

  • fords...

  • Hahaha, Camaro won! Also, TransAm were made by Pontiac. Why did that one have a Plymouth logo?

  • Because it was a Plymouth Cuda, not a TransAm. The TransAm was a racing series. The Pontiac TransAm was named after the series.

  • the trans-am car was named after the series, the pontiac trans-am was never raced in circuts.

  • yes it was. 1977, 1982, and i think 1984.

  • thats not a t am its a 68 cuda

  • I hope you're joking.

  • omg.

  • That's awesome, the first thing I did when I won the '69 Z/28 in this game was make it vintage TransAm. I'm way to picky to do a paint job like that though, mines just all black with the white meatballs. I so want to race with you guys.

  • why does it say plymouth on it???????????????

  • The Barracuda is a Plymouth.

  • Depends on how ya wanna approach it. You can plug straight into your video card on your computer and capture it that way. Or plug into a VCR and then x-fer the VCR recording to your computer.

  • Nice video man . I just got the game and i was wondering if you could tell me how to record/replay your races after your done .

  • Dude, that's friggin sweet. I made a Sunoco Corvette.

I'm working on the Sunoco Camaro right now, the Chevy bowtie on the front fender is a pain in the ass, because I'm a damn perfectionist

I've already made the Big Red Camaro, Rhys Millen's GTO, a CHP Camaro, and the Bob Norwood Ferrari 308.

  • this road's name is "Laguna Seca".It was in Gran Turismo2 and this is harder than it looks like

  • You're saying I make it look easy? ;)

  • fairly good ;)

  • Thats freakin' loud!!!!

  • i like how they show the penske car but... they drove a javelin during those campaign years too i wouldve like to seen that

  • The Penske Camaro was a custom paintjob I made. Unfortunately there are no AMC's in the game.

  • like the red white and blue one was driven by mark donahue. i liked that one the most. as far as the penske camaro i love that one too i have a model of that one

  • There should have been a better muscle-car selection in this game, a 442, a Dodge Charger Daytona, a Roadrunner, a Challenger, a GT390, a Ford Fairlane, and some 50's cars, Bel-Air, T-Bird and such...

  • agreed...with all my might, agreed.

  • yeah dog that wouldve been sick of they had those cars.

  • i love the barracuda i painted myn as a ruff rendetion of sox and martin with my initials on side instead but i wish they added 70cuda and challenger with t/a and aar verions along with 426 hemi versions that woulda been so sick!!!

  • Sick.

  • Woot woot go Camaero lol, sorry i like the GTO also but camaro more....

  • i have seen the penske camaro and the and all of the other trans am cars before and i like the way the gurney cuda looks in this video

  • the plymouth is to stiff

  • that was great thanks. how do you keep them so planted? Mine just want to slide.

  • Tuning and not being too violent with the gas and brake.

  • ive seen u guys on the forza2 forums

  • do you allow custom trans am jobs? not reproduction i mean, since I want to make a trans am camaro with my own design.

  • Yeah, as long as it looks like a TransAm livery. Most people in the series are running their own design. My Sunoco Camaro isn't an exact replica either. I took a lot of liberties with it.

  • cool, thanks for the reply.

  • how do u go about joining the series i went on the simracinghd site and got the specs then built a boss 429 for it but idk how to register or anything

  • You have to register on the forums. You can sign up there.

  • ha you should drift with my group some time

  • I can't drift to save my life.

  • Hmm... I see No Charger R/T in this series I know they weren't in the original trans-am series but with but with the absence of the 1970 Hemi Challenger from Forza 1 I feel thats the only way I could be competitve with a Mopar... I hate that particular year barracuda and its stats and I'd Like to race with you guys + my brother has a mustang he'd like to race is it possible?(hey are shelbys gt500 not allowed also)

  • Oh by the way I'm on Forza net you can look up my cars and my stats if you like....

  • The removal of the 70 Challenger was definitely a huge blow to all of us in the series, but we're already stretching reality on allowing the Boss429 in the series. The decision to allow/disallow the Charger and the Chevelle is one that is still ongoing and there is always the possibility of these cars being added in the second season.

Hopefully the Challenger will be back with DLC and we can have you in the series.

  • The Shelby GT500KR's are not allowed because they outperform all of the other cars at the same PI. They would need to do extensive testing and rewrite the rules a bit to put larger restrictions on the Shelby than the other cars.

  • the chargers raced before. not sure if it was the trans am series but I know Ive seen some old phootage of a 70 charger goin around some corners. I wonder why they put the cuda in they sould have put in the 70 hemi or aar cuda to kinda make up for the loss of the challenger or somethin.

  • Chargers didn't race in the TransAm. You probably saw a NASCAR road race circuit.

  • ya probley nascar was so much better back then. there were acually turns.

  • While I agree it was better back then (for different reasons), NASCAR was always primarily an oval track motorsport. Road courses were always the minority. To my knowledge, they still do the occasional road course in NASCAR today...no more or less than they ever did.

  • Well done guys! Always been a big fan of the old trans-am racing series. Would love to get in on a race with you folks sometime. gamer name is Resident Elvis if you are ever looking for a 4th. I have video capture equip as well

  • simracinghd dot com, Season officially starts next Wednesday. We'd love to have ya!

  • great!

  • AWESOME ENGINE SOUND! haha the guy at end
