I read the comments BEFORE watching the asparagus clip. Cooking temp is clearly stated as 500°F, cooking time about 8-10 minutes. Presentation could be improved by her making more eye contact with the camera and speaking clearly ... the demonstration was quite clear and I learned what I needed. I agree with MaBuSt!

I mean no offence to this women, but compared to the bakery people, this women is not helpful and unprofessional. I wanted the baking ones even though i wasn't interested in baking because that guy is so good. This women, when i watch her, I dont even get what i want out of it sometimes.

Please stop sounding so in-different to your cooking, be more professional.
