Fabulous - I've never been able to get that sustained melodic 'roar' type sound. But after all, I am a crap player. Parts of this track reminded me very much of Tommy Emmanuel's playing on his superb but little-heard electric instrumental album 'The Journey'. Great stuff.

@diazcamille The live guitar was recorded using a Vox Tonelab ST straight into an Edirol USB capture device. The Tonelab has a tube in it so the distortion sounds are pretty good.  In addition, there is a little bit of chorus, reverb and delay - all from the Tonelab. The Tonelab ST is a pretty in-expensive unit - probably the best in its price range.
