sure this is terrible, but not all US troops are like this and the troops that do this shit are held responsible.

The Taliban and Al Qaeda do shit like this way more often. These troops are horrible, but they are not all of the U.S. most of the U.S. troops help civilians, but just like Al Qaeda and the Taliban, some are total jerks just like in every army

@newyorkyankeef4n alqayeda are indeed terrible, but to say that not all the US troop are like this doesnt sound that accurate, because, the targets are not chosen based on opinion, and the targets that are decided to be hit do not vary from one individual (soldier/pilot) to another, its in their training and instructions, which are basically the same for all troops, the nature of 'permissible targets' are set.
