Why do ppl act like backpedalling is the biggest crime in wow??

In this video f.ex, when he backpedals it is usually just a few steps while he is melee'ing someone to reposition or something. It would make literally 0 difference if he had strafed or used the mouse.

Backpedalling can be bad yes, but only when u are trying to kite someone, so you are being inefficient by backpedalling to get away when u could be running. A few steps backwards here and there - NOT A PROBLEM.

If you have the Glyph of Death strike, this ability could be as lethal as Obliterate (+heal and without consuming diseases) but Obliterate is useful. Nice video ;-)

it depends what you are trying to do, if your in for a long fight and you are willing to try to battle it out i would use ds, if you are talented and just want raw damage fast you might want to go with oblid, it hits harder when talented correctly

this is a diseaseless rotation. This spec is designed to work without PS and IT and was one of the hardest hitting (and hardest to gear for) specs at the time.

I find it amusing that I am called a noob by people who clearly are so ignorant that they dont seem to know anything about DKs =)
