Yeah, I agree. As a nationally-rated men's judge, here's what I have (keeping in mind it's a little hard to tell from a video):

Leg separation (pre-flight) = 0.1

Deviation from plane of movement during salto / on vault = small, 0.1

Definite flexed feet during salto = 0.1

Large hop / landing = 0.3

Second hop / step = 0.2

Step outside landing area = 0.1

I don't remember its start value in the 2004 Code; even if it started at a 10, that's still 0.9 off, and just what I can tell from a video.
