@BaadshahSher I don't know much about kabbadi or wrestling but I know one thing: size does not mean strength, I have been weight lifting for 6 years now and I have seen many smaller guys in the gym lift a lot more weight than bigger guys, it all depends on the style of training and also on your diet. Many guys in the UFC are smaller but they beat up bigger guys bcoz of training and skill, it all depends on the individual.
