Cap - nice post. Your video presence and script could use a little work, but your idea is the sanest and most patriotic suggestion that I have found on the Google. You beat me by a year, as the Nader nomination didn't occur to me until the Steven's vacancy (currently). I have been watching the media (especially the so-called progressives (MSNBC, etc.) and I have seen no one suggest Nader, the OBVIOUS choice to thinkers and patriots alike.
He is America's number one citizen, bar none. Both Parties hate him equally, making him the perfect "bi-partisan choice. He would effortlessly dominate the court intellectually and ethically. He is far and away more knowledgable about government and judical record than anyone in Supreme Court history. It would also call Obama's bluff, saying that he wants a justice "of the people."
Unfortunately, Mr. Nader is the smoking gun as forensic evidence that this country has no future. The voters had 3 opportunities to elect this man to the presidency of the U.S. They overwhelming rejected him, proving scientifically that this nations electorate is ignorant (unknowledgable), unethical, unsophisticated, and non-progressive. Thus, they are status quo and conservative, therefore static and non-dynamic.
This is a physically unnatural state. Therefore, it cannot survive the physical world and the signs are everywhere that it is not. It is only a matter of time, with continuing decay. The only thing non-evolved humans do is react to catastrophy. They have scant inclination nor abillity to create a just, world-wide economic system. Further, they lack the same qualities to quantify human presence on the planet and plan population growth accordingly.
Finally, the NaZionists who dominate the mainstream media, control Wall Street, and surround Obama will never let someone who speaks the truth about Israel be allowed into the national conversation, muchless be considered to high office. Even most liberal Jews that were members of his raiders team have turned on him.
By saying Nader has no chance of even being mentioned by intelligent, decent American citizens, we are admitting that the American Empire is on the wane and sliding toward the, remember when period of history. Good night, America, and good luck.
Just saw your channel today, and I wanted you to know that I have a VIP interview with Ralph on my channel, if you are interested. The guy is my hero, and it was on my bucket list to meet him. Thanx, just subbed.
You should have listened more carefully...He did not call Obama an Uncle Tom.
Nader posed it as a question that Obama must ask himself, considering how much is at stake when he tries consciously or not representing the black community.
The original term, and in this sence, the intended use of the term is meant for black people to use to describe other black people...not originally meant for any other race to use directly.
I saw the original video twice. I personally dodn't give a crap and I'm pretty politically incorrect (which you can see from my page). The problem is, it really brings home what's wrong with the guy. No finesse, political acuity, etc...I agree with 99% of what comes out of his mouth (combine it with Michael Hudson and Spitzer, it's a total diagnosis of what's wrong) but the guy is obviously not into compromise and takes himself too seriously.
So, to finish off, to say this was merely a question is the same argument that Fox commentators make when raising "mere questions" about Obama's "allegiances" or "birthplace" or "socialism." It wasn't just a question, it was an obvious swipe. And it was meant to intimidate in the most demeaning way. What's the difference between this and someone from the National Alliance asking "It's a question of doing what's right, or you can always be a Race-Traitor?"

Fun idea - I wish it was something people were calling for, then our weathervane pres might give it to us.
It would be fun to watch him pick apart an intellectual whore like Scalia.

He'll never make it through the Senate, not to mention he called Obama an "Uncle Tom" on Fox.

I know it won't happen but at least it can't be said that nobody came up with the idea, right?
