Help me dudes. You are obviously well into this, so tell me: why not just buy a drum machine or some piece of s/w? Let's face it, most beatboxing seems to be judged by its closeness to the real thing. That's like trying to make a trombone emulate a guitar. Surely a trombone is best @ brass sounds and a voice best at singing?

I can c it has uses when "prototyping" a tune, but for the finished article?? Or is it more a sport than entertainment, say like parkour?
