at point 1:07, you'll see a man, a woman in a purple dress and a woman in a silly dress. The woman in the purple dress is my friend who bought her costume at one of the shops at the faire. And don't expect to spend a few hours there. When we went, we expected to stay till noonish. We were there until it closed. The next day, we blew off touring Chicago to go back to the faire. So expect to spend the whole day there. And it's more enjoyable when you're in costume. :)
Hi! I know you'll have a GREAT time. They do have rental costumes in some of the clothes shops. YOu have to ask around, but you'll find them. They also sell costumes there. They are really pretty. I suggest you stay for the jousting contests. They are really fun to watch as they have the good knights and the bad knights who get into fights. Sundays are pretty crazy, so I would say, stick with going on Sat or Friday. Have fun!! I'm going to try to get there this year. :)
