Abrahamism is humanity's test... If we survive it, we go to the stars. If we fail it, we self-destruct. Watching one side or the other of this dysfunctional thought system blathering on in their attempt to look sophisticated and knowledgeable shows us just how far we have yet to go...
Can I also say regarding Readthequran2no's comments that I did not say anything about Islam here I was concentrating on what Jesus said and did in the New Testament so please know thak this Muslim person has obviously not watched my video or knows what I am talking about to say that I am spreading lies about Islam.
I also recommend everyone in Islam ic countries also to get hold of The New Testament and to listern to Christian Radio or Watch Christian TV or View Christian Websites and then openly discuss The Jesus of The Bible and The Jesus of the Quran. To examine What The New Testament says Jesus actually said and Did! Yes, in Teran, Bagdad and Karbul, go to your local Christian Bookshop or Internet Cafe and seek The Truth About Jesus Christ. Did not Jesus say "if The son sets you free, you are free!"
Yes everyone, Read The Quran and Read the New Testament (written 700 years earlier than the Quran with documentary evidence to prove it!) find out the truth for yourself. See where The Quran contradics the New Testament and says Jesus did not die on the Cross, even though that was one of Jesus greatest prophesies. See how it shows that Islam follows a different god to that of The Jews and Christians, then claims to be from the same god, bringing another religion and a different Jesus!
Readthequran2no -Listern to The scripture I qouted at the start of this video again please. As a Muslim, you believe that Jesus was sent by Allah and was a Prophet, yes?
So in the light of this scripture, do you give Jesus Equal Honour to Allah and do you acknowledge that He is going to Judge The World?
Well, the New Testament says that Jesus did come as a Human to experience all that WE do. It says that He placed himself under self imposed restrictions. "Emptying himself of all but Love" as the saying goes. He also makes it very clear that within The Godhead (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) They each have their own roles and functions withing The Godhead. Jesus said it was not his job to decide who sat on his right or left, but He did know He'd die and raise himself again!
So God can lay down his attributes, and still be called God? God can get restricted, meaning that God ( the infinite) became Finite, and still be God. For me that is a pure nonsense. If your such a faith is justifiable, then paganism is justifiable. If one says that God restricted himself and became a cow, or a stone, how would you condemn them?
Jesus did this so that HE could be the Judge of This world and a true Mediator for Mankind. A Mediator has to be impartial but see everything from both sides fairly. Through Jesus Christ I have a High Priest and Mediator who knows my frailty. Through Christ Jesus, The Father, who is 100% Holy has his Justice satisfied and the penalty for our SIN paid. See its not just what He did, but Why He did it. Therefore your arguments of stones and cows are invalid and real nonsense.
Do you have a Bible? (An English Translation preferably) if so, then I'll guide you through the scriptures that speak about such things then at least you will know What Christians believe and where in scripture we get them from, because you are rejecting my posistion based on your human and islamic understanding without knowledge of The Greek scriptures we believe from.
one could do two things. Ask what for and what evidence or explaination is there, in the religion there is for the doing so?
What's the purpose of the god doing so? Jesus Christ, according to the Bible, had a reason for doing this! And when someone asks WHY, the reasons are in The Bible!
Why do you think a pagan god would become a stone? That's what you should ask. But I have not heard a pagan claim his god to have done such a thing. To compare that to Christ is mockery!
God Dying for your sins is not a valid reason, it only makes sense for the Christian. For the rest of people it's a nonsense. God forgave people without any sacrifice. Read the story of Jonah.
Absolutely not. It says nothing of the mercy of God which conflicts between Judaism and Christianity. The New testement would not have a leg to stand on if it wern't for the Old. That's why they are both there! The stumbling block between Judaism and Christianity is the Identity of Messiah!
Back to Jonah, what's your opinion on the contrast of God's message from Jonah to Nahum?

I hate to break this news to you READQURAN2no..but Deedat is a pure showman.. and badawi is hopeless (dogmatic rather than factual)
Much better for the Muslim to explore Dr Oakleigh's channel and find a truly educated professor who handles these arguments magnificently.

Why Jesus doesn't know when the hour will come, if he is fully God?

"because you are rejecting my posistion based on your human and islamic understanding "
And what understanding should I use, if not human?
I never discussed what you believe, I asked a simple question, I am not even talking about Christianity.
How do you condemn a pagan that believes that God emptied himself and became something in the creation? This does not require Greek knowledge.

Absolutely. And this opens up the huge difference between Christianity and Islam. And Our ideas about the Character of God.
Do you know what Saint Paul said bout The Sacrifice of Jesus on The Cross? Especially about the views of the Jews and Gentiles about it?
and can you compare the messages of the Prophet's Jonah and Nahum?
Start with Paul's comments first though, I'd like to know what you read in the New Testament about Paul's comments.

"Absolutely. And this opens up the huge difference between Christianity and Islam"
The story of Jonah is found in the OT, so this is not a difference between Islam and Christianity, but between Judaism and Christianity.
