  • *Jobs

  • wheres the JOB Bonner!

  • Congress needs to stop paying unemployment to these job dodgers and buy them one way plane tickets out of the country before we go bankrupt!

I, along with several of my republican colleagues are currently working on a plan to end unemployment permanently by attaching a provision to the next budget bill that will end unemployment for good!

  • I Believe This Was A Video Clip Of ABC News' Good Morning America's GMA Exclusive Report On Boehner: To Create Jobs, Let's Cut Spending And Stop The Tax Hike -- Now On Wednesday Morning, September 8, 2010.

  • Fuck John Bitch Ass Boehner! Just stick with your golfing, tanning, and drinking!

  • @steven94116 nothing wrong with any of the three you mentioned. Speaker Boehner can do all three AND still have time to be a better Speaker than Nancy Pelosi! Go Boehner!!!

  • boehner just doesn't get it: trickle down economics doesn't work!

  • @abovefilms but all republicans try it as the rich gets richer

  • Boehner next speaker of house, hell yeah!! Next Mitt Romey president of the united states 2012!!

  • John Boehner is useless. The people of Ohio should be ashamed.

  • @4thpres4ever, Bush has the all-time historic record for worst spending, inheriting a $200B surplus and creating a $1.4T deficit before leaving office. He doubled the deficit that Reagan had previously doubled. Boehner was his b1tch in Congress the whole way. Worst entitlements, worst corruption, and worst unemployment/economic record since Reagan. Nobody ever said cleaning up after the Spend & Pretend Conservatives would be quick, easy, or cheap! Should have listened to us in 2000!

  • John Boehner is the worst.

  • I do find it amusing that the Left, which claims to support "women's rights", actually attacks any minority or women running as a GOP. Whether it is Palin, O'Donnell, Angle, Whitman, or Steele, the Left labels these women as everything you can think of. Yet, when the Left runs a minority or women, they yell foul if we even say a slight remark about their experience. Remember when Palin was hung in effigy? Imagine if we did that to Obama? We would be labeled racist, etc.

  • @4thpres4ever - Much like Republicans attack minorities and women who run on a Democratic ticket. The same people who refer to Nancy Pelosi and Hillary Clinton as "bitches".

  • That is not true, THis past August hit the record foreclosure month than anytime previously. THe jobs report coming out this Friday is already expected to be gloomy. Hedge fund managers have already reported record investments in Gold ETF funds due to more economic uncertainty. Unemployment averaged 4.7% under Bush terms, and is already 9.6% under Obamas. My business and others in my COC group did well until last fall. We are going to be in for more tough times unless Obama extends tax cuts

  • the average unemployment rate when Bush was prez, was 4%. When the liberals took over Congress in 2007, that's when the real trouble began. As Ronald Reagan used to say,"I never got a job from a poor person." You raise taxes on those making $250,000, you'll hurt about 40% of small businesses. It's pretty simple --every dollar the Congress takes from a business or a person, is a dollar they can't spend on products or invest. All of that activity creates JOBS.

  • Boehner is regurgitating the usual Republican philosophy without addressing any of the problems of the middle class. The wealthy have flourished for the last 30 years with the help of the Republicans while the average family has lost ground. As an example, in the past, women working provided a boost to their family's income. Then, they HAD to work just so the family can make ends meet. And now, they can't even make ends meet. And the Republicans will do nothing to help the average guy.

  • @youcrackpot Look what we have had for the past 2 years under Democrat Power Rule....HIgher unemployment, No tax breaks (lets wait after election), More Foreclosures, More desperation and lip service!! You gotta love it

  • @4thpres4ever At least the tax rate is lower now than at any time during the Bush years. The Stimulus was 1/3 tax breaks for small businesses. Look what we had under Repbublican Power Rule; higher unemployment, more foreclosures, more desperation. The Republicans have no intentions of doing anything different than what they did under Republican Power Rule. They do not deserve to get the keys back until they come up with real solutions.

  • "The American people are asking, "Where are the jobs"."

Hmmmm...they weren't asking that when the Repub's wanted to spend @10B/mo on war instead of jobs? Unemployment was at 5.2% in 2002. So, those 5.6% weren't asking this question?

  • I hope all you unemployed, and soon to be unemployed inbred right wingers remember not one republican voted to extend unemployment comp!

AND, the very first thing they will do if they get the majority is to cut taxes for the wealthy elite. This is where thier hearts are at. How's that trickle down economics working for you?

AND, Ryan, Boner and the rest of that nigger clan want to privatize social security! If that happens you can kiss your retiremant goodbye! SUCKERS!

  • Thanks, George.

  • What spending would he cut?

Health care for the poor?...great idea. Alternate fuel and green energy research..brilliant long term planing! Banking regulators?.. oh yea!

He handed out checks from the tobacco companies on the floor of the congress, for crying out loud. He is FOR tax breaks for corps that move their production overseas. He's for tax breaks fro billionaire hedgefund managers. For Gods sake...he is owned by big business.

    Good luck folks !

  • @givethemahand

Dear dopey, he said it on TV the other day. The bailout $ Obama is keeping for his slush fund, along with the unspent Tarp $, and another crappy program he named. He said it added up to 700 BILLION $'S the Dems are holding onto for a rainy day. That day is coming this Nov.

  • @Vetwolf13

I gotta tell ya', they interviewed a boatload of folks about 2 months ago. Most of em said, "hey, why go off unemployment for 750$ a week, when they will SEND ME, 500$ a week?" and I say, they are right. So, people stay on unemployment. I knew a dude in Jersey city like 20 years ago when they were doing the "extend unemployment" thing. we were sitting at a bar, he said "Man, I got laid off X YEARS ago, then they extended it X amount of times. I haven't worked in almost 2 years" :)

  • @btwall60 And there are the 1000 SHIPLOADS of people who go bankrupt if they don't get unemployment checks. But of course, Republicans don't give a crap about them.

Why don't you Republicans apply the same "logic" to the tax cuts to those hedge fund managers who don't create jobs and don't deserve any tax breaks?

  • He is almost a caricature of himself, the quintessential Mr. Plastic in a pressed suit. He looks like one of thoes charters on the childrens morning shows with the plastic hair and glossy complection, after a decade of tax cuts to the wealthy 3% and era of record Corporate profits, you would think jobs and factories would be sprouting up all over America instead of China.

  • It is the DEMS that wanted to bail out Wall Street and the Tea Partiers that said no.......I guess the left is in bed with Wall Street.. Remember they control the WHite House, House and Senate....so quit whining

  • @4thpres4ever Are you kidding? In November of 2008 George Bush and Sec. Paulson both Republicans went to Congress and asked for 800 billion dollars to bail out the Banks. The Dems didn't go to President Bush he came to them and asked for their support. John Boehner the top Republican in the House made the case for people to put their partisanship aside and vote yes for the bail out. Where do you guys get this stuff from? Rep and Dems voted for the bail out. Boehner called for it.

  • @mrscorie One of Hitlers famous quotes is "lucky for governments, people forget" Research shows chimps have better short term memories then humans. We have trouble rembering what we ate for breakfast yesterday let alone who did or said what last month. Republicans exploit our evolutionary weakness. They use anger and hot button issues to over ride the rational frontal lobes and appeal to the lower primative brain.

  • @SteelMartini Will you progressives ever stop believing the liberal crap that you are handed. My god man, it is not our jobs to take care of the poor bastards that refuse to work, that breed without control, that create their own problems and blame others, it is not my job and I dont want to pay for them anymore. No more liberal fantasy ideas about utopia. Work or starve. Enough fucking handouts. I hate liberals.

  • @hidethisnine Your regurgitating age old Conser. lie, no body advocating a nanny state, welfare moms in caddies, welfare people with big screens are mostly myths designed to jerk the chains conservative personality types. Took 30 yrs to create this financial mess. You have people with college degrees working menial jobs because industries are leaving the country. More deregulation, wealth at the top has done nothing for average people.

  • @SteelMartini Myths my ass, I live around em.

  • @SteelMartini

I thank God, Jesus and Allah that you didn't blame the whole thing on G.W. Bush. You get a cookie :)

  • @hidethisnine Who you really hate is the poor. Will you ever stop believing that GOP crap that all Progressives want is to give money to the poor? Progressives try to improve the lot of average working people. When was the last time you heard the Democrats coming up with programs for the poor?

  • @youcrackpot I live amoung the poor. The majority of them are poor because they are too fucking lazy to work. I hate progressives and the only sure way to clean house is a civil war.

  • @hidethisnine Well its clear that you hate the poor and anyone who tries to help them. Do you hate Progressives because they try to help the middle class too? If all you care about is punishing the least among us, I can see why the Republicans appeal to you.

  • @SteelMartini

Ya know what Hitler's most famous unknown quote is? It's, "you never know what you can do until you try" a nice sentiment. He was a vegan you know. He wouldn't hurt a fly.

  • @btwall60 Ya know Hitler was not trying to create a nanny state, he beleived in fierce competition. He often put two officers in charge of the same task and left it up to the stronger of the two prevail. Sounds allot like conservative free market ideals, strong survive, weak die. Many Republican organizations have documented ties to past Nazi organizations.

  • @mrscorie Thanks for setting that right winger straight. They often make up their own reality and re-write history. It irritates me when they blame the recession on the dems and mortage collapse, while ignoring hedge funds and Wall St. ponzi schemes.

  • @4thpres4ever

AND they control Fannie/Freddie Mae/Mac. Another sink hole of stink bucks for Bwawney "I want my dollar off the fare for the boat to Fire Island" Fwank. And I hear even he's in trouble in the "safe" district he is fwom.

  • WHy do Liberals distort his record? He wants the Bush tax cuts to continue, which helps ALL income earners. The rich provides jobs and giving them more money to put in their business makes sense. By the way, how many of her millions has Pelosi used to help others?

It is not about the economy for the LIBS its about POWER

  • @4thpres4ever If the Rich provide jobs, and we had these same tax cuts since 2002 then why isn't the economy booming. Why were we losing jobs at 600K a month. I beg to differ. The middle class when they are not struggling spends money which generates revenue which then leads to job growth. If the middle class is cash strapped then no revenue is being pumped into companies to make money. No money no reason to create jobs.

  • @4thpres4ever It is not about distorting a record. It is about shooting a bullet through the notion that the top 2% are the ones that provide jobs to the bottom 97%. If the Republicans want to believe that than that is fine, but in no way should they be running a country based on that ridiculous idea. We are borrowing money to run our own. That is pathetic.

  • @4thpres4ever Thank goodness we have conservatives to vote for because we all know they have no interest in power. Hahaha. I have no interest in giving Pelosi a tax break, but she will be glad to know there are people like you out there who want to make sure she does. Getting the rich MORE money so they can create jobs kind of makes sense, except they have had this tax break for 10 years...where are all those jobs??? It didn't really work out so well, did it?

  • The president is not missing the point. He is doing exactly what he intends to do. Fuck up America. He is not American, he is Kenyan. He hates America, most especially white america.

  • Only in America can a person who is half white, and was raised by his white grand parents be accused of hating white people. How is that even possible and what reason would he have to hate white people when they took care of him his whole life?

  • Boehner: "Poodle to the Lobbying Class".

  • Alex, I will take "Where Does all the Hatred, Animosity and Arrogance come From in America" for 2000 please.

Answer: From the Republican Party and the Nut Cases Who Run It.

  • Have you ever heard one Republican take any blame for this disaster?

After all, they are the ones that gave it to us. They were in control of the entire country since 1994. What did that do? They raped and pillaged every opportunity they had. They ruined the manufacturing segment of the United States and the middle class economy.

If things were so bad why didn't they change them? Because they were too focused on Clinton's dick and pissing away millions of taxpayer dollars on bullshit

  • @IngloriusBastard11 It was clinton who made the lending companies give loans to people who couldn't pay them back. that's what caused the housing bubble which led to the recession.

  • @Jclewell3d Right. And the Republicans repealing every law that regulated the

financial services industry like the Glass-Steagal act had nothing to do with it?

  • @Jclewell3d Clinton didn't make the lending companies give loans to people who couldn't afford them. He encouraged lenders to lend to low income people who were living in low income neighborhoods. Surely you don't believe that the housing bubble came from poor people defaulting on homes that cost 40k or less? The lending companies abused the Community Reinvestment Act so they can make a lot of money selling 200K, 500K, and 1mil dollar homes that people couldn't afford.

  • @mrscorie "He encouraged lenders to lend to low income people who were living in low income neighborhoods" That's exactly what i said. he made them lend to individuals who couldn't pay their mortgages back. investors then speculated on this as house prices went up and more houses were created.. the economy then seemed to boom under this false economy.. of course when they defaulted the whole system collapsed since everything was resting on that housing bubble which clinton caused.

  • @Jclewell3d OMG! May I suggest you turn to an independent resource when researching this issue. Name me one Bank that stated they were forced to lend money? Just one! It doesnt' make sense. Lenders were lending to anyone with a pulse because they got greedy. Then they bundled bad mortgages and sold them around the world before people defaulted. They came up with risky schemes called derivities. None of this was because poor peopole got loans in poor neighborhoods.

  • @Jclewell3d Jeezuz, get your facts straight. We know Republicans love to blame Clinton for everything, but the Community Reinvestment Act was passed in 1977. They paid their mortgages until the Republicans tanked our economy and they lost their jobs.Blaming the poor for the economic collapse is really stupid.

  • @IngloriusBastard11 WELL SAID!!!!

  • Booming 50's. Right!

When women were subserviant, they were making blacks sit in separate waiting rooms and drink from separate fountains, and everyone was diving under their desks waiting for the big one to drop from the sky.

Yea, that was a wonderful time indeed if you were a white guy...lol.

  • MR BONER.. WHAT ABOUT THE WARS? HOW MUCH ARE THEY COSTING US? WANT TO TRIM SPENDING? END THE WARS!!! THATS THE REASON FOR THE DEFICIT!!!

  • WHEN REPUBLICANS CRASHED THE CAR...DEMOCRATS PULLED IT OUT OF THE DITCH,, NOW REPUBLICANS ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE BODY DAMAGE,, WE GOT THE CAR RUNNING BUT STILL ALOT OF DAMAGE TO FIX..

  • MR BONER GO HOME YOU BACKWARDS THINKING DOUCHE

  • WHAT freaking TAX CUTS???? I NEVER got a TAX CUT. Fuck all you rich assholes!

  • Throw out BOTH NeoCon & Democrat Keynesian Statist Progressives!

STOP Fascist Crony Corporatism, Illegal Immigration & Marxist Redistributionist TREASON.

STOP Empire Building & Foreign Intervention with 700+ US military bases OCCUPYING over 135 nations PRODUCING hatred & jihad RESISTANCE!

Trade, NOT bribes/bombs Manipulation OR Isolationism!

Return to Constitutionally limited Gov't, Individual Liberty & Responsibility, Sound Money, FREE competition between FREE States & FREE people.

  • When Obama says he's got “no regrets” calling the past 3 months “Recovery” Summer, he's either telling the truth or Obama's lying. You decide...

Either Obama is blind to the damage his Obamanomics has done OR ‘trickle-up poverty’ is the plan he wants in place OR he has no problem looking us in the eye & telling a lie.

Any way you look at it, it's a ‘lose-lose-lose’ for America.

Obama DOES have an answer for unemployment though: It's called “File!”

  • I never got a tax cut!!!!. I did not benefit from it. What the hell is this fake tan bastard talking about.

  • It's going to be hilarious to see ObaMao "work together" with a Conservative house and senate. Hopefully ObaMao will be impeached for his continuous lying or using OUR Constitution as TP.

Oh yeah, Stephanopoulos......... you're a boob.

  • georgie boy is going up the poot shoot with obozo and vice versa

  • Do we have a video of Mr. Boner cutting his grass? With all the cash being loaded into his pockets by special interests, I would say Mr. Boner is looking forward to more of that cash and could give a rat's ass about the economy.

  • There's nothing conservative about a $3 trillion budget. It's a good start, but we need deep spending cuts.

  • This guy is against cutting taxes to the middle class (65% of the jobs in the last 10 years come from Small business not the corporations) and in favor to cut taxes to billionaires with borrowed money and with outsourced jobs which will increase the American deficit of $3.5 Trillion dollars.

This tanny golfer really has no fucking shame!!!!!

  • @MrFreedomdemocracy And your Messiah Imam Obammy is dictating what rich is .Also Govt is NOT THE ANSWER TO CREATING JOBS!! WAKE THE HELL UP AND KNOCK OFF THE KOOL AID!

  • @MrFreedomdemocracy He has no shame? Read what you wrote, you have your facts all fucked up. Tell me you dont go to college and swallow all that liberal shit that professors commonly spew.

  • The only way we'll "create jobs" is by getting back the jobs that we gave away to other countries. Well what does that mean? Other countries will have to lose jobs. Increasing spending is only a temporary fix to increase jobs across the board. Investment would create jobs here in America, but the sad truth is that investors know that investments in faster growing economies fare better during boom time. Foreign policy will be integral in getting out of what is actually a global economic crisis.

  • Mr. Boehner, isn't it sad and pathetic that all progressive liberals are left to talk about is your tan when they are anticipating defeat in November? Obama attacking you in his speeches just goes to show how effective the GOP machine is right now. Whatever you are doing, it's working. Keep up the good work sir.

  • You want jobs? Get rid of minimum wage.

  • Boehner stop spending so much time on the tanning bed and go to work. I think the rays are distorting your brain and your ability to think.

By the way, I think it's time for a little eye work and maybe a little nip tuck to get rid of that sagging flesh.

I hope that if this country votes the Republicans back into office that they get every god damn thing they deserve because of their stupidity.

  • @IngloriusBastard11

Thats the best argument you have against the republicans - his tan?!

I could comment on Obama's tan but then you'd call that racist.

Obama's policies will stop job creation. what do you think the rich will do when you take their money? I know what you think they "SHOULD DO" but reality is so very different than your stupidity. They will cut jobs, salaries, expansion, new projects - heck some might leave the country with jobs altogether!

  • Comment removed

  • Boehner you are a god damn disgrace to every working American in this country.

If a person is even remotely intelligent do you think they will allow your Republicans to control again when in reality you are the damn whack jobs that put the country into the toilet in the first place with your bullshit "Trickle Down Economics" philosophy.

You are nothing more than self serving assholes with no concern about the people, the country or the future. You want to drag us all back to the 1950's.

  • @IngloriusBastard11 "You want to drag us all back to the 1950's" You mean the booming 1950s? We can only hope.

  • Hey asswipes! I NEVER GOT A FREAKING TAX CUT!!! What is this bullshit???

  • Pssssst...hey Manucalrad....the Congress and White House are controlled by the DEMs. They can cut the spending anytime they want to Iraq, Afghanistan -- anywhere. And Midevalcheese, chk your history. When we played protectionism, we lose jobs. That's what happened just prior to the Depression. We are a service industry now, deal with it.

  • well if you include iraq republicans spend more i hate how republicans pretends iraq doesnt count.

  • @manucalrad

You do know that Obama has kept 50,000 troops in iraq and ramping to send more to Afghan ... as well as replacing the Iraq troops returning with private mercs. does that count?!

  • @jabberwolf yes i do think that spending on war counts thats why i mentioned it.

  • 10% federal government payroll cut for every "non-field-agent" position across the board in every year the GDP grows less than 5%. You can get your own pay raise reinstated by firing a non-field-agent. Repeat as needed.

  • How about we end NAFTA, GAT (created by Clinton), and CAFTA (created by G.W. Bush)?

All the jobs are going out of the country. Why don't you talk about that?

If you renounced your "Party" and started talking about REAL solutions, people would vote for you for President.

  • Mr. Obama, like it or not, John Boehner WILL BE the next Speaker of the House.

  • @homeschoolmarm he will never be, because he's out of touch with America

  • @homeschoolmarm John Boehner the next speaker? God Help Us!

  • @homeschoolmarm

    when donkeys fly.

  • @homeschoolmarm Are you saying...the house is going to get a Boehner?

  • @homeschoolmarm worst guy ever.

  • Blocking spending is a good thing truthislibertyus. I think he discussed part of his plan, didnt he? Prevent the president from raising taxes on all Americans and CUT SPENDING back to 2008 levels. Big spending liberals...oh sorry...progressives dont get the fact that every dollar the government takes from individuals and businesses are dollars they cannot spend to invest, buy something, or expand...activities that CREATE jobs.

  • @mspoliticalgirl Your opinion is based on incorrect information. The president wants to keep the tax cut for the middle class and is cutting taxes for small businesses. The wealthiest Americans have this tax cut now and have had it for 10 years and they are NOT creating jobs. It hasn't worked in the past, why do you think it is going to work in the future? Why vote for Republicans when they say they are just going to do the same thing they did before? They have to come up with new ideas.

  • WHAT IS YOUR PLAN, JOHN? Blocking legislation is fine. Let us see what you have instead!

  • Leader Boehner has more leadership skills and experience in his little finger than Obama has in his entire body. Obama shows no class, common respect or civility for Rep. Boehner or any Republican. It is so pathetic and obvious that Obama doesn't know what it takes to be a real leader or president. I'm looking forward to Leader Boehner becoming Speaker of the House in November so we can finally have someone in power we can respect and admire and who cares about the will of the American people.

  • rationalnow .....in that same egoic mcspeech obama did - he said "he's bein treated like a dog". And here's what someone needed to tell obama from the audience. = We'll stop treating you like a dirty dangerous dog. When you stop using us as a fire hydrant ~ lol

  • WOW OWE-Bama has room to talk, coming from a President that thinks he's going to have a second term. He's entitled to his opinion.
