That is not true, THis past August hit the record foreclosure month than anytime previously. THe jobs report coming out this Friday is already expected to be gloomy. Hedge fund managers have already reported record investments in Gold ETF funds due to more economic uncertainty. Unemployment averaged 4.7% under Bush terms, and is already 9.6% under Obamas. My business and others in my COC group did well until last fall. We are going to be in for more tough times unless Obama extends tax cuts

As Ronald Reagan used to say,"I never got a job from a poor person." You raise taxes on those making $250,000, you'll hurt about 40% of small businesses. Most of em said, "hey, why go off unemployment for 750$ a week, when they will SEND ME, 500$ a week?" and I say, they are right. So, people stay on unemployment. The only way we'll "create jobs" is by getting back the jobs that we gave away to other countries. Well what does that mean? Other countries will have to lose jobs. Increasing spending is only a temporary fix to increase jobs across the board. Investment would create jobs here in America, but the sad truth is that investors know that investments in faster growing economies fare better during boom time.
