  • I find it funny how over 300,000 people watched part 1, and now there's less than 100,000 who finished the film. To be honest, I don't blame them. This film is dreadful, if I wasn't doing it for studies, I would have switched it off at part 1.

  • Cleopatra is the best thing to Rome and Octavian cos she is charming with words not just the beautiful.Maybe Octavian would have fall for her too. nice movie

  • The best African love story, she was a very cute queen who conquered the mightiest Rome with only an African kiss. Caesar worshiped her just as Antony did, Octavia was going to adore her beauty even more. She was not a whore but the sweetest queen Africa will ever have. U can not believe Romans going against each other for Cleopatra The Greatest African queen of all times

  • diden't Cleopatra let the snake bite her arm?

  • shes a whore

  • wait didnt cleopatra bear antony 3 children but she only had one in this movie

  • @shootingstar101100 Yeah she did bear Antony three children. I think they didn't want to include all of the events that happened in Cleopatra's life because maybe they were on a low budget or something.

  • So glad you posted this so I could watch it :) I had it on VHS when I was younger but now everything's DVD.. So I thought maybe it would be on here, and it was! Thanks!!

  • I"m a guy who loves History and rarely finds any NBC/Hallmark joint production to be good but this was splendid.

I remember seeing part of it before and being unimpressed but on a second view, it's really interesting and has solid production values.

  • OMG thank you once again...

i love this movie i need to buy it...:)

  • You've won Cleopatra..

    so epic !!

  • @hereitisjustfun1 Truth is epic.

  • my goodness this woman! i urv ha... but her ego was wat brot her crumbling, so sad.

  • She didn't got me the real Greek Cleopatra

  • vest movie ever!but sad ;(

  • Octavious got a crush on Cleopatra O: :D Wait no Octavious is mine!!!! >:D

  • it was a great movie...about a great woman. i thank you.

  • who was Cleopatra, and Antony? Did not see it in the credits.

  • @WidowsSon63 Cleopatra was played by Leonor Varela and Antony was played by Billy Zane. Their credits were at the beginning.

  • wow thank u for uploading!! great movie:)

  • First i must say THANK YOU very much for uploading. and uploading all of it, a lot of people half ass it. And second i enjoyed the movie.

  • Oh man! I love the ending! Even though i'm 18 years old i still love acting out her death. But i don't wish to be dead though! Cleopatra had the balls to do everything that women weren't really supposed to do during her time, but she did it anyway. And i commend her for that.

  • BEAUTIFUL MOVIE!!! I FELL INLOVE WITH THIS MOVIE! maybe it doesnt show that much knowledge on what really happened, but mostly people dont really care about what really happened they just want to see how the movie ends up and this film is brilliant!!! What bad can it be if they changed it to make it sound more exciting? The movie is still good. All the actors were great. The cool thing about the film is that its a mix of ancient times and there is modern romance! EPIC!

  • i liked the movie :)

  • thank you for uploading.

  • The scene at the end, with Cleopatra sort of "praising upwards" - what does it mean?

  • Hollywood seldom gets all the facts straight but the basic premise is there. I'm sure this version is more accurate than the '63 version, though there is no way to know if Octavian actually said that to Cleopatra on her death bed. In any case, I prefer Rex Harrison and Elizabeth Taylor.

  • This movies alright/ Just a remake, almost word for word at some points

  • Wait so Otavious wanted to sleep with Cleo?!

  • @hugglexmugglex who knows, Octavius was kind of an asshole to her and her family.

  • @hugglexmugglex Octavius didnt like girls.

  • I like her female servants, them bitches like

"we gonna ride or die for you!"

    xD

  • When I first saw it, I dont think I expected the movie to be this good. But they've done a good job.

  • Cobra bite to the chest the best way to go out

  • Good for my Swedish

  • thanks a lot!!

  • wats this movie called ?????

  • @jesssie18 Cleopatra is the name.

  • thanks for posting this movie...awesome film

  • I bet she was better than the original Cleopatra! such a powerful character.

  • omg

  • im so sad and she was stronq caze she died knoinq tht she'll c her son, antonius again but she will not and i wonder if her son evr ghot 2 rule and i oped he lived well

  • Great movie...4 star for this version.

  • all these videos was so grat i have crying :*)

  • he said "you won Cleopatra" because his goal was to take her to Rome (alive) and that didn't happened ...........

  • @tekkendevilwithin and in chains as a prize of his taking over Egypt.

  • i want to salute queen cleopatra because what she did she did the right thing i love the ending she will remain in our hearts

  • I loved the ending!

  • I love this movie, one of my favorite movies ever besides the ORIGINAL movie of Cleopatra. I loved the ending.

  • tought Cleo was black (-_-)

  • @MIKKAMETDIESTIKKA No. She wasn't, she was of grecian decent decended from Ptolemy, Alexander the Great's fellow friend and soldier who was from Macedonia.

  • @EliManningFan896 Alexander the Great oke

  • What a beautiful WOMAN!!!

  • this should be retitled "death of a first century valley girl"

  • Well, I'm female and always had a thing for guys in skirtlike clothing. (IKD - Maybe it's that whole wildman warrior thing.) But, Octavius? He looks like a 13 yr old girl with braces and a bad perm. And his feet look like Olive Oyl's as he bounces around with that sword in hand. Otherwise, thanks to HistoryMovieGirl345 for uploading.

  • @Asteph4chivi u said it all

  • I used to have this movie, but i lost it.-__- I loved this film even though some of the scenes were not based on the facts about Queen Cleopatra, it still was awesome. I'm a female (just so you all know, don't get fooled by my username)and i can definitely relate to Queen Cleopatra in some ways. She's my definite heroine. <3

  • thank you sooo much for uploading all the parts to this, much appreciated! i know it must've taken forever, especially because this movie is so rare in the first place. many thanks again. :)

  • @VajzeFierakee marry her probably... or make her some sort of servant... or just so the roman ppl can laugh at her

  • jesus what is wrong with everyone? Its a film VERY loosely based on an somewhat unreliable historic source.

  • it´s a very sad story

how can be a love so strong

    cleopatra express me

  • I never liked Octavian but I really liked how he bowed to Cleopatra and said "you've won Cleopatra." To me is shows that regardless of how much he wanted to conquer Egypt and her, and how much he didn't like her, he still respected her.

  • @SwimmingGoddess I think Egypt was a part of Rome at the time. Its king was a vassal to Rome. As much a part of the budding Roman empire as Greece or Gaul or Spain. He had no great need to conquer Egypt or her. He was simply out to defeat Antony.

  • aww, i wanted the romeo&juliet ending and one where the snake bites octavius where the sun dont shine. but this was a great movie! thanks for uploading!! :)

  • awome i have loved this movie since its relese but was this extanded? some of the scence were on the the vhs i had or had seen

  • is it only me that notices when Cleopatra was "dead" she was still breathing?

  • @Dirasha95 Yeah, I noticed this too!

  • Fact is Octavian brought in 100 years of peace throughout the roman empire and expanded women's rights and brought freer elections. Cleopatra was scheming and didn't believe in basic human rights for her subjects (monarchy was the final law). Octavian is always portrayed as a whiny little bitch in Cleopatra movies but it wasn't the case in real life.

  • she had twins with mark antony too

  • Thank you soo sooo much for uploading this! I've been searching for the full movie for ages! 1000 thnx!

  • uaoo thank u soo much!!! I totally love this movie =)

  • never delete this movie from youtube ever.plz

  • thank u for putting up this movie.best one i seen n years (:

  • fucking rufio first he betrays cleo then he cant even follow octaviens orders correctly what a pitfull buffoon

  • Kaisaríōn was the last king of the Ptolemaic dynasty of Egypt, who reigned, as a child, jointly with his mother Cleopatra VII of Egypt, from September 2, 44 BC. For eighteen days, up to August, 30 BC he was sole pharaoh, when he was killed on orders of Octavian, who would become the Roman emperor Augustus. He was the eldest son of Cleopatra VII, and possibly the only son of Julius Caesar, for whom he was named.

  • @beisay Actually there are no accounts of his literal death. All we know is that a very close advisor said there is only room for one Caesar in this world. Whether that meant Caesarion died or was stripped of title (Caesar was a title after all) is open to interpretation.

  • Good movie, but the book is much better.

  • @hnw388 Loved the book, I stayed up all night till I finished it! Love Margaret George's writing.

  • that was worth the 7 hours!!

  • A 100 percent accurate movie of Cleopatra's life has never been done but this was really well-done. It was based on the best selling book Memoirs of Cleopatra, it aired on TV in 1999 when I was 19, first year of college. It's not entirely realistic in some parts but I love that the actress ws not white and that she had a strong 90's woman attitude. In a previous scene she even kicked some butt like Xena Warrior Princess !

  • This was one of the best films ever made about Cleopatra. i just wish they added in her other three children and gave her the reddish-blonde hair she had in life. other than that the film was epic! XD

  • such a sad ending to "last of the Ptolemiac rulers".

  • I liked the passion/love seens more in this one than the 1963 version. This was way more sultry, n probably closer to what really happened all those years ago! She was so awsome, definatly ahead of her time!

  • Great channel , historygirl !

  • I wached this when I was very yong, 9 or 10. I'd watch it all the time and even then I had an appreciation for her bravery and dedication to her country. I just happened to think about it tonight for the first time in years, so i watched it, and nothings changed. Although as far as boyfriends go, i think I liked Ceaser more. He didnt let her totally dominate him like Antony did. But antony is much better looking. I hope this movie is historically accurate, it portrays Cleopatra wonderfully.

  • i cried too... cleopatra was very brave

  • When cleopatra dies I cry :'( so sad !

  • i dont get tired of this movie love the acters way better the the others but i wish they would of put in the kids that cleopatra and Anthony had together.love this movie

  • her headress looks elegant

  • thanks for uploading. i was looking for this movie for months now. this is the best egyptian mvie ever!!!! XD!!

  • Muito bom e cultural!belo filme

  • haha! FAIL Octavius!

  • @alchemistprincess

how did he fail he conquered egypt, africa, gual and my be some parts of syria

    and also

    parthion in the future

  • @dhanedhar what i mean by "fail" is... hmm.. how do you put it? he wanted to take cleopatra as a captive but she outsmarted him by killing herself... i was being sarcastic

  • @alchemistprincess that way

okay i thought you are saying like octavias really failed

  • love it! i havent seen the 1963 version but still think this one is great

  • did the son of cleopatra conquer egypt back?
