The theme is the same of course, but Williams did a new recording for the Crystal Skull soundtrack with the Hollywood Symphony Orchestra. I wonder if this is the Raiders recorsing with the London Symphony Orchestra or the new one. Or even another (Boston Pops) recording?

I absolutely love the Original Indiana Jones Trilogy.

The new movie was good until the jungle chase and waterfall scene's. George Lucas and Steven Spielberg turned Indy into Allan Quatermain there.

Actually having been a witness(Original fan) to the Indiana Jones story as it played out, I can say without hesitation that Lucas goes overboard with CG these days. Jar Jar Binks anyone? I suppose we needed him to keep the new Star Wars from being boring. I liked the new movie but it wasn't close to capturing what the original trilogy had.

FYI, I posted my comments not as a slam to Indy or the great music of John Williams but for my disdain to Lucas' current direction or lack thereof
