@Fucknessful if thats how he teaches hes pure useless,you first need to show how to achieve the defensive posture,and only then think about escaping.This video is the worst possible way to teach anything,terrible.

Im a white belt and I have been taught a slightly different method, but I see the benefit when your arms are not close to your ribs as they should always be (taught to be reflex).

The first two escapes were good, but I think the third one is a little flashy and complicated for a white belt. Just saying....
