&fmt=18 does not give you nearly the quality that the methods in this video does.

If you make a video using the way Zach shows, the original quality of that video will have much higher quality than an &fmt=18 vid.

It's a longer process but it's worth it.

u get the video.avi.sfk because if you import the same thing again, it wont take long to load. For example, i put a song in and it took me like 10 secs for it to load. Since i have the song version, i believe is whatever.mp3.sfk, and i open the song, it will take like 1 sec

What screen recorder are you using? I like to use camstudio but comes out in AVI so when I render it in sony vegas it wont work so I used camtasia studio 5 and did it in wmv like sony vegas has set to but wont come out great. Anyone help?
