@PeterOwen88 I think the audio is slightly ahead of the video. You can see Doherty briefly point to the red after the ref says 'foul' which he wouldn't have done if the ref had noticed the foul first.
@topbaros well you either play but the rules or your branded as a cheat for touching a ball live on tv and not owning up, i donmt think there is great sportmanship here, this is expected in snooker, you cant say its either greatsportsmanship or he is a cheat. more like he cheats or he plays by the rules. in the snooker world its only noddys who carry on who no thing about snooker and think the player didnt notice. good players will own up all day long

this kind of sportsmanship is what makes snooker stand out from many other sports.
i'm a big football fan too, but it really annoys me to see players diving for their team's gain.
Snooker is definitely one of the best sports in terms of honesty and sportsmanship by far.
