I bought a Ten-T last week.. think is the best 10th scale ever... It has all the tech from an 8ight but in a smaller scale... I love it.. I saw your video and i really think you need to tune it up a little bit. Maybe 3 to 6 hrs clockwise turn to the LSN, and 6 to 12 hrs the HSN... That will make it faster, warmer on the engine... did you get it at the hidden hanger in harrisburg im in mechanicsburg do you race you should go to the farm show complex in harriburg and race that beast. that would tear up the track. look up my channel it is rcsuperfreek
the ross system is grounded in the wrong spot, i added the jato 3 shoe clutch and flywheel and this motor puts out 1.8 hp at peak. I have since replaced my engine with the O.S. TZ 18. top hp is 2.28. max rpm is 42,500. im still in break in so dont know top speed with new motor. HUGE difference in power, after a few modifications i even kept the ross system, all i can say at this point is wow! my friend put this same engine in a jato that clocked 91.3 Mph. new engine with mods. $258.00

nice truck and all, but my savage x 4.6 makes this thing look dumb! um not putting you or the truck down but the only special thing this truck has is the ROSS system! my savage does 55-60 with a good tuning and a 3 speed! my brakes on the savage are ridiculous! i do front flips with them! anyways good vid and a good truck but this thing is nothing special besides the ROSS!
it has spectrum radio gear and telemetry, something any hpi, bottom or top of the range is sorely lacking. if the savage flux came with spektrum id buy it first but as it comes with crap im going to buy one of these first so at least i have decent radio gear for when i do get a flux
its not a waste of money. where i am in uk, i can need to spend 250usd/£150 for the spektrum. i can order the ten 1 from america for just over double that including delivery. so the truggy minus spectrum is only costing me 250 dollars also. seems like a good way to get a spektrum and still have a nitro to play with after i sell all my others

well dude ive seen some shit in rc... and let me tell you its possible. this guy had like every possible hop up to make this thing go 62.37mph i beleave. he had a nos injecter .32 engine cant realy get to the name 3 speed of course like the highest possible gear ratio between the spur and clutch bell spec foam tires and a home made pipe that like through the horse power through the roof! yep....its possible. ther waz more but didnt realy get to talk to guy about it much yep.
When someone can hit 160 MPH with a RC car, anything is possible.
I still doubt he can outperform a design like a Ten-T around a dirt track. Once again, it is definitely possible he can, but a truck tuned for high speeds usually can't perform on the track too with out changing the setup.
Um try beating the Ten-T around a track. Sure on the street or bashing you might do better with your ride, but the Ten-T is a fabulous and extremely high performance ride based off their race proven 8ight-T.
Traxxas doesn't make anything that can compete with this directly.

well does ur tmaxx tell a newby how to tune the car? or what is going wrong? the spectrum tells temp, batt. voltages, it gives some useful info. traxxas remotes dont be giving any of that info, the ten t can be 100 feet from you and still give u that info. we can go back and forth all day about this, but i dont have the time or energy. oh and im sure if u bought the tmaxx new u have well over 500 in it. and it didnt come with batt. etc. i dont race im a basher, and racers wont buy ten t,
I have a losi lst xxl nad the best way to take care of the speed sensor thing is by painting a line with white-out better than a marker or anything else. Tha is how I took care of mine
Breakin @ 50 degrees? We've been running ours out of the box in 40-43 degree weather. We have now run a whole quart of 20% nitro. Runs great. Don't wait.
We'll try leaning the low & high needles... SONICFOLEY... cause right now our run time is something in the low 4:00's.
yea mine has same size gas tank and same engine and your runtime should be around eight minutes you will be impressed with the cool temps and performance
