Anyways, this is Nishi Shinjuku Seisou Kyoku, or West Shinjuku Cleaning Tune. On a side note, the artist roughly translates to "Simon Man", who is probably the same person as DJ Simon who did 321 Stars.

I wouldn't be surprised if the home console version of Pop'n 11 had this song as well as some alternate, harder versions of it.

Whenever I unlocked a character from an old game in Pop'n 11, they always gave me their original song and then a harder version of it though the character would be in their 2P.

So maybe 2P Mr. KK has a more challenging chart to this song. ^^
