Wikipedia says it's "Good Scenery"--'yoi' or 'ii' means good, fine, nice, pleasant, agreeable, etc. (at least according to the dictionary).

Yoi keshiki. Does it mean something like Night Scenery or night Landscape?

Nevermind. Keshiki translates to scenery and yoi translates to evening, night, or dark. So I'm gonna go with something like Evening View.
