Hi..I have been doing the master cleanse for about seven days..over the weekend I went out of town and ate regular food but I amstarting back tomorrow..my question is , is it ok to start and stop it back..like for instance if u do it throughout the week and on the weekend eat and so on and so forth..or does that mess the process up? and also can u pretty much maintain the weight loss my doing vegetarin or vegan diet or is it better to do veagan

You are not required physiologically to become a product of your environment. If you imitate intelligent people, you will speak like one. Enyoyed your post. Did you ever get to day 20? I did 21 days and lost 25 pounds. But the best part is, I dropped 2 points off of my diabettes score(6.2 to 6.0) and 81 points off of my bad cholesterol level.(181 to 100). I don't have diabettes but I was getting there fast! The doctor told me she was going to put me on cholesterol medication. I did the cleanse and she was stunned and admitted she no longer recommended medication. How cool is that? I love the cleanse.

well I here I go to wholefoods to get organic maple syrup or sometimes they might have it at shoprite. i checked waitrose's website (which i never heard of) and saw that they sell organics, the maple syrup isn't listed on their site but they should have it in store so you should check it out.

Congrats! I am on day 4. I watched your video to give me some strength. It is super hard! Especially when I have to feed my kids. Even a peanut butter and jelly sandwich just looks sooo yummy! 20 days is awesome! I am just hopeing for 10. Last time I did this I didn't lose to much weight but I think it is becuase I was running every day. I am bummed cause I haven't been working out! I only like to run and have a bad foot right now.
