@1sockmonkeylover1 - for 3 charms, it really up to you. without a clips, your charms will be unbalanced and shifting from one side to the other... if you dont mind that then wait on the clips. With the clips, you add balance and have your charms sectioned off. The safety chain can wait... its not totally necessary, but it does add safety from falling off (if ever) and thats usually when your bracelet is at least at the half way mark.
Which chain do you like better? I got my wife one like you have, and she can't put it on or take it off without my help. Also to me it feels like it could break easy.
So do you feel that bracelet is better than the lobster claw.
@N0GGINB0NKER sorry for the late reply. The lobster claps is good, but the "barrel" clasp is Pandora's siganture closure. The chain is a pain, it does take some time for me to put it on, but if the 'barrel' for whatever reason opens, i know the chain will catch it from falling.... and i have heard some pandora horror stories!.
And also to answer your question at the end, Yes for the safety chain! I love it, I think it adds a nice touch to the bracelet (besides the safety aspect) :)
@mgodston Mine have never gotten caught on anything, one suggestion may be if your right handed, wear the bracelet on the left and vice versa. Hope that helps.
I recently spoke with a cs rep at my Pandora store and I mentioned the wearing down of the threads; I also spoke with someone at their 800 number and they both told me that the threads will not wear down. The clips are mainly to section off your bracelet or to wear like the other charms but no one should worry about their bracelet going bad because you don't have clips. It's a common misconception. Just an fyi.
@wolfgirl831 it depends on the size of the bracelet, mine is the largest size 9.1 and i noticed it takes approx. 21 charms (including clips). But it really depends on if you want the charms tight on or loose (with space to move around).
I almost lost a bead once cause it somehow managed to unscrew itself when I was taking my bracelet off. I got lucky and found it on the bed, just glad I saw it before I threw the covers back! I've been thinking of getting another clip and or safety chain to keep it from happening again. Thanks for showing us your collection and how each item works/looks.
I do use a safety chain it's the classic one purely for the safety element of it I don't want to lose my bracelet or beads. I think sometimes they do look better without but I do use it. It is very irritating though even when I screw it on the end of both threads it still works loose as my bracelet isn't full and moves around.
Any chance you could go through all your beads what they are, who from and the occasion? I love watching videos on what beads people have and I've seen all the ones on a
@rachjoho Yeah, i dont like twisting the chain into place. It is way to irritating. I'll see what i can do about creating a video on all the beads, the hard part is keeping it under 10 mins.
Love your videos. i had been in two minds for ages deciding whether or not to invest in a safety chain for my Pandora. after watching your video this morning, i purchased one this afternoon!
Thanks this was very helpful. I think I'm going to get that flower safety chain. I like how the safety chain covers the threads at the end...I am right about this aren't I? From what I could see, you can't see the threads with the chain on? Ellie x
I just got a pandora and only have 3 charms, any reccomandations if i should get a clip or safety thing, any info is needed :D

Very very helpful video, thanks a lot!
I don't like the safety chain myself, just bought 2 different clips today and I love them for stopping the beads moving around to other sections.

@MyMeebasMad I dont know about your braclet, but the clips stay in place by the threads that seperate each section.
