Awesome kitties! I found some $2 plastic bowls that fit perfectly after cutting the lip off and made a cardboard template from cardboard and had some plastic pieces in two stages made up, ones with the small hole and the next with a larger hole. We are at the small hole after a week and it's going great. Will let you know when the process is all done. It's possible peeps. Thanks again for sharing. HUGS

Problem is - I share my loo with my cats - don't panic - we have separate toilet seats, and it's not fun when I'm in the queue waiting for them! btw - is this an american loo - the water level is very high. Might sound a bit silly but we've been in a drought for going on 10 years now in Australia - you tend to notice these things.
