I think they rocked back then, and they still rock now. Who gives a shit about being different from the way they were. If anyone wants to talk about selling out, look at Theater of Tragedy. That thing that made Within Temptation great is still here. So what if it's mainstream pop like. It still rocks. It's obvious theyre working on their breakthrough in the USA with this commercial song. However, the rest of the album still sounds to me like WT, they haven't lost their own sound. This band used to be good when they did the 'Mother Earth' album but since then they have gone downhill due to their nu-metal trendy guitars. I think personally they should have went against the grain and stuck to the classic guitar sounds from 'Mother Earth'.
