People have clearly been able to do it, and I dunno if the variability between the use of different DS's and their control pads makes the difference, but for me, even this admittedly easier version is near-impossible. Every time, even when I'm the most alert to change from "right" to "down", from "down" to "up", or from "up" to "left", it can't ever just be constant movement, you have to stop for the most slight amount of time to change directions. Any insight into this?

@WhiteThunder14 It's not impossible to make a swift, constant-motion movement, and that's precisely what needs to be done. As per my knowledge, there is no difference in the way the glitch is to be performed across different DS's. Every DS model should have the same effect.

There is no actual insight I can provide, other than to advise you to keep practising! Try it elsewhere, until you perfect the motion unconsciously. Then re-attempt the pattern on the tiles. :) Good luck, and keep trying! :D

@redstardustdemon135 Oh. Well my glitch isn't for the Void, mine is for an Abyss, and then you follow up with Auburn's guide for the Void glitch.

Anyways, maybe you're just doing the pattern wrong? It should definitely work again after Shaymin. In fact, it'll work all the time. Are you sure you're following the instructions correctly? Make sure the bike is on the lower gear, make sure you're following the correct pattern etc.

@redstardustdemon135 Are you using Platinum? If so, the Void glitch doesn't work on Platinum. :s You can tweak, but the when you enter the Void you'll get stuck in a bunch of invisible webs. They're the game developers' way of trying to stop people from obtaining Darkrai/Shaymin using this glitch. Try get hold of a Diamond or Pearl cartridge and perform the glitch. :)

@Mizuriel I'm sorry... :x All I can say is that the glitch really does work, and it really just takes practice. :s We've all been frustrated at some point with tweaking, but if you just keep persevering it's attainable. Try practice the pattern elsewhere, not on the actual loadlines, until your finger becomes used to how quickly it should move to make the pattern correctly. Then go back to the loadlines and try again. :)

@cp1998100 Mmm, I'm not sure I understand your question. :) In the video, after you push the DOWN button, you enter the Void. Follow Auburn's guide from when you enter the Void. It's actually identical to what happens in Auburn's guide: You tweak and then the Abyss opens, watch Auburn's guide if you don't know how many steps to take, and then enter the Void. :)

@MrRyouBakura Well, the minute you reload the menu and press the down arrow, you enter the void, so you can follow Auburn's video straight after you're in the void (I think he tells you to save, and then walk down and right a certain number of steps, just watch the video and you'll see what I mean). :)

Sweet! :D This actually helped me find a glitch: at 0:00, the patch of grass that the bottom-left text bubble is pointing at, I found a level 2 female Growlithe in Platinum. I checked the pokedex and they aren't even wild in this game. Sadly it used roar before I caught it and it seemed to be a one-time thing :/

@ghost94057 I did exactly what the first part of the video showed, but instead of going left, I went down. The very first patch of grass that you see on the left is where it happened. The top-left corner of the screen was black from tweaking and yeah. I got in a battle and there it was.

@000Blazing Nah, it really does work. Undoubtedly. :) Maybe you were doing it wrong (like using the high-speed gear on the bike or something). But it really does work on all the games. Unfortunately, the Void glitch does not work with Platinum, so no Darkrai/Shaymin in Pt. But tweaking is definitely do-able. :)

@appelvlog Yeah, if you think you've done the pattern right, go to the left to check if the black Abyss is there (it saves the trouble of having to go all the way up to the screen, only to have to come down again if it's not done). If you think you've done it right, DO NOT move over the squares again, it'll reset the graphics and the Abyss will disappear. To get to the void, stand on the correct tile by the walkable Abyss, and go 20 W, 10 N, 5 E and 3 S. Then open your menu. :)

@appelvlog Oh, sorry, an Abyss is the thing that opens when you do a tweak. The Void is the thing you get into after going behind the building like in auburneye's video, How To Catch Darkrai. You have to do both to get to Darkrai. Open an Abyss by tweaking, and get into the void after that to go to Darkrai/Shaymin.

@cutelittlekyuubi You're not meant to make it freeze, lol. If it freezes, you've done something wrong (you're probably using the bike on its fastest gear, because I've never encountered a freeze when doing lower gear - check that you're using the slow bike). Just keep trying, it really is one of the easiest tweaking patterns. :)

@cutelittlekyuubi Lol. Maybe you didn't go down THREE steps when navigating the Abyss - check Auburn's video properly. Unless you mean you're inside the Void, but stuck, in which case, getting stuck so early means you're probably using Platinum, and the Void glitches can't be done on Platinum - use Diamond/Pearl.

@flamedude8 That's strange, slow gear is generally much easier than fast bike, so if you're realyl having a problem with slow gear, check the vid in the description which shows how to do it fastbike. Otherwise, the only other advice I can give is to keep trying ^^ Try the pattern at other places before attempting it at the tweak spot. Once you can do the pattern well, go attempt it at the tweak spot where you have to concentrate. :)

You can surf and fish on the water next to Jublife TV. It's funny because if you load the original graphics by going into the menu, you can surf on stone.

Not really, the events form the route aren't accessible. Though it lets you get into the Void you need for Shaymin/Darkrai, which is exactly why this method of tweaking is so awesome. It's so much easier than the regular method.

There's not really much you can do except keep trying =\

You can try the other methods I linked to in the description, but really, this is about the easiest =S Maybe you should practise getting control over the slow bike before moving onto actually tweaking. It's really not as tough as the other method. With a little more practice, I'm sure you'd get it :)

The reason I ask is because in your picture of the loadlines, the "sidewalk" ground was white-ish with square shapes, and on my Pearl version, the sidewalk area is brown with circular-shapes. So if that's Platinum or Diamond you're using, maybe that's why it's not wokring for me?

It's Platinum I'm using on the picture, and Diamond on the video, but it works on all games.

It isn't that hard :) it's MUCH easier than the other method lol, so you just gotta keep trying I guess :S Visit that website that's in the sidebar if you're really having trouble, cause then you can come to the chatbox and ask us for help there, and we can tell you EXACTLY what you should do (sorry about the 'clarity' of the video >.>) ;D

You don't need to walk through the trees to get into the Void of the Poketch Company, you need to open the menu right next to the trees. Basically, just follow the instructions of Auburn's video once the Abyss is open (20 steps west, 10 north, 5 east, 3 south). Check the sidebar for the link of the vid that says 'Catch Darkrai'. It explains what to do once you open the Abyss :) I wish you luck :).
