Why oh why didn't the producers of the soundtrack album from the movie include the moving and plaintive version of the child singing the hymn rather than the instrumental?

Genuinely one of the best films I've ever seen. Unflinching, un-sanitised and with none of the romanticism associated with Westerns. Probably the closest I will ever come to understand the brutality of colonialism.
