I don't get this bible interpretation here in the comments. Interpreting one of the English translations of the bible is no valid method to find the "true" meaning. In addition the bible is not a set of rules and perfect examples to be literally executed by christians, it is clearly not the word of god in the original meaning. And the final nail in the coffin: Where are the christians who kill "infidel pigs" in the name of their god today? Even the crusades were a reaction to islamic onslaught.
