  • Great exercise, if you are an athlete, you should be able to do this. If not, take away the bosu ball and work up to it. It's a great exercise without the ball as well. But if you can't do this, expect more knee injury during sports.

  • @HPJJtg Right on, brother. Without strong and stable knees, injury isn't a matter of if but when.

  • This seems to be one of those exercises you have to work your way towards. doing the same thing without a balance ball and reaching out as far as possible would be a good way to start.

  • intense, but i doubt many people with knee problem would be able to go something like that, i could barely go up a single staircase on 1 leg lol
