Great exercise, if you are an athlete, you should be able to do this. If not, take away the bosu ball and work up to it. It's a great exercise without the ball as well. But if you can't do this, expect more knee injury during sports.
This seems to be one of those exercises you have to work your way towards. doing the same thing without a balance ball and reaching out as far as possible would be a good way to start.

intense, but i doubt many people with knee problem would be able to go something like that, i could barely go up a single staircase on 1 leg lol
