To change Harmonica I have to take off my rack and literally hold it on my knees and use my enire weight to open the clamp. Hurts like hell and looks awful when switching from my G to my C Harp. I enjoyed this, thanks.
Thanks, John - lots of good info for us would-be rack players. The pop-rivet is a simple, good idea but I don't know if my K&M Heavy rack will cooperate with bending in a vice. "Get a bigger hammer," technique may solve that harp angle problem. Looking forward to more stuff! Thanks again.

On that first rack I played through, I rebuilt almost from scratch. The friction washers made all the difference.
