  • Luz it. what was the credit song. MUST HAVE;) such a great video

  • @PrincessBenevolence The credit song was Eruyt Village from FFXII.

  • How do you get the clips to fade in and out like that? It was amazing! It gave the video a more magical look to it! I cannot explain it, but this whole video is just that! Magical! You must have put a great deal of effort into it! I GIVE IT A MILLION STARS!!!

  • What was that music you used for the credits, kairiirl?

Love this video, by the way :)

  • That. Was. AWSOME! TWO THUMBS! Cuz that is as many as I got. Sorry :D This was a really good video! And it fit to the song! YOU RULE! I missed all the LoZ clips :( Thank You! :)

  • ...DUDE. EPIC.

  • I never realized how many paralells between The Lengend of Zelda and the legend ofKing Arthur there were.

  • i like the fact that you didn't show link getting the master sword until the very end

but it does get repetative... which is something you can't really avoid that because isn't that about the only clip with the sword in the stone? maybe you could've done some panning for that scene to add some variety? Not trying to criticize, just rambling.

Love the song, love the game, so it makes a very fitting video :)

  • @PsychosisByOsmosis Yup it is indeed the only clip. I wanted to do panning but it didn't the sound of the song plus the repetitiveness of the sword was somewhat on purpose probably over did it, but it's supposed to be an echo that the sword is still in the granite. Thank you =] Glad you like it regardless. As I've said before someday I would like to remake this video, but I am not confident to do so yet. x- kairi o t w

  • Good lord we get the Kingsword is meant to be the Master Sword. For Din's sake, find some other way to visualize it other than that one shot. Nice concept. Poor execution.

  • @Tenma On the contrary the symbolism was that the sword was still in the stone and not raised until the very end so no it was not poor execution. That scene is the only scene that works, it was done purposely, to go with the song's story. That's why at the end he raises the sword. It was used over and over during the chants as the dull reminder that sword still stands in granite untouched until the chosen comes to wield it. Thanks for the critique though.

  • @kairiirl Yes I understand why you did it. I'm merely saying it makes a poor display if you show it over and over again. The Concept is sound and you worked with the materials given. Maybe you should broaden your scope beyond Twilight Princess, perhaps a telling through different shots throughout several different Zeldas to keep the visual interesting. I know you wanted it to be a Twilight Princess video and it definitely the best looking Zelda, but that limits your material.

  • @kairiirl For instance perhaps for the line, "A boy's hand will grasp it. A man's raise it high." You could have the scene from Ocarina of Time where young Link grabs the Master Sword and is then transported to time seven years and is now an adult.

And that opens up being able to use imagery from other games like Wind Waker or perhaps a few of the hand held games.

  • @Tenma Awe, that's a good idea. Yes, I did think about using the other games. However I realized shortly afterward that that would ruin the overall feeling and mood the song carries. The cartoon graphics of Wind Waker is way too simple and childish and Ocarina of Time is a different story altogether plus the graphics would ruin the mood as well. This is why I chose only to use Twilight Princess. It carries both the feel of the song and that old world legend feeling.

  • Great Video

Uses all the great components of the music and Twilight princess for PURE AWESOMENESS!

  • YAY LINK ROCKS just like this vidoe

  • @OfficialKagamiHiragi Haha yeah he does rock, and thank you =D

  • quite an amazing video.

    i give it a 6 out of 5.

  • @TheChronos17 Wow, thank you, sorry about the reply being late.

  • this is a pretty good vid, but the first half could have been worked on a bit better. I give it a 4 out of 5.

  • @scionwolf1 Awe reallly? What do you suggest?

  • Well for starters the video has so much flashes at the beginning, it is possible the viewer will get a seizure. Now the rest of the film is good half way. To make a good video, you have to figure out which clips go well at certain points of the song.

Go see my video, it's the only one I have on their and it can give a good example on how a video could be.

  • @scionwolf1 Awe, I've seen the one you uploaded, nice. I'd like to point out this was done when I was just beginning film editing and the flashes are to match the beats. Believe me when I say this is not nearly enough flashes as I've put on other videos from this era of editing, and of course I realize syncing is important. I used a lot of symbolism in this video so I assure you the clips chosen were chosen for my view on how to illustrate the story using this song.

  • @scionwolf1 Part II: I sincerely thank you for the advice, and one day I want to remake this video, but as it stands, I must admit I feel I do not have the confidence in my abilities to do so yet.

  • now that you mention it your right
