How to farm ebony ore in Skyrim

You can also steel the ebony ore and the ingot off the Smith's table down by his forge, you will have to sneak through.

bor theres mines like that everywhere, in dawstar, theres an iron mine and a quicksilve(i dont know wht to do with it, south of s something keep by the field by whiterun,south of that theres a mine for corrundium (watch out therees a hard orc there) and at the throat of the world theres malachite and ebony oh and in markarth there are dwarven ruins where you can melt down dwarven things to make dwarven metal inngots

every time after you mine one ore out of each vein stop and then select the same vein again. you'll get one extra ore from each vein if you do this (usually 3 or 4 ore per each vein). like so everyone sees.

plus, if you don't need the ebony, you can always sell it to the orc just outside the cave. If you collect all of it, it should get you about 3000 gold. great source of money.

GUYS if you want time to pass by faster, don't wait, fast travel all the way across the continent multiple times. It takes about a month for ores to respawn

@kingdrago007 Maybe it's a bug then, cause for me, if he "dies" he just faints and gets up in a bit. And when he's fighting he heals faster then he gets hurt.

@kingdrago007 Actually Shadowmere can die due to a "glitch" if you want to call it that. What happens is if any damage worth more then his HP is dealt to him he will die. Try running him off a cliff he will die. So a dragon doing more damage then shadowmere has will kill him.
