There's no such thing as a 'best' vacuum cleaner, really, because everyone's needs are different. I generally find multi-cyclonic uprights suit me best, but that's just a personal preference.
Hoover's vintage cleaners were the best money could buy... I'm not entirely sure I'd say the same of their modern output!
@nrones Do you prefer uprights or cylinders? Bagged or bagless? What sort of flooring do you have - carpets, tile, laminate, etc? And how large is your home?
@vintagehoover Oh I live in a 70 square meter flat, I have carpets and wood floor. Prefering cylinders, but it really doesn"t matter.. Also I am from Serbia, and from Vacum cleaners we have only Bosch, Gorenje, Philips, Hoover, LG, Samsung, Miele and Electrolux.

@vintagehoover Well, I need one with best suction power, but not too expencive, what would you recommend? That is only thing that I need ;)
