Hi Hashi, Thanks, I really liked this one. You inspired me to post a version of ourselves playing this wonderful song with vocals. We hope that you like it. Best wishes, Dave Merrick and Natalie Davis (Small Days)
Yes - Sorry, I should have been more specific - I am looking for anything by Mitch Miller - I am particularly interested in the Mitch Miller Conducts 1001 Christmas Favorites collection - Do you have any of those recordings available for purchase?
Could I perhaps interest you in a mint copy of "The Hollyridge Strings plays the best of the Swingle Singers Christmas conducted by Mitch Miller "? This is a collectors item, and as such, is priced our of your range, regardless of your range.
Very good and free spirit playing here Hashi, the theme is interpreted in a very loose and free way, lot's of nice chord voicings going on here, love it,really nice, greetings Vic.
I think this was my first upload and I was so shell shocked by my first webcam experience, that my paradoxical reaction was to become completely loose.
That is horn of vikings early medieval tradition. I'm used this sound in opera about Rurik when have a possible stage production. Music is on gusletarist channel - 4 parts plus 3D clip. Hope You'll see it.
Your jazz guitar is very professional and nice. Light free harmonic improvisation and non just polyphony very cool. Thank so much to You for Your authentic Art!
I was looking at a video of yours and I was wondering if you'd ever played the instruments from the .. I think it was called Trembita instrument factory in Lviv? I like your playing. Thanks,
Thanks. I listened to some of your earlier classical stuff and it sounds really good. I also am pretty impressed with how nice your video productions are.
For some reason, I think I knew, well not sure if it was you, but someone named Marsha (down the block on Tyler) when I was about 5. Did you send me a message with some details? Just use youtube messages. Thanks.
You mean a town in E. Europe or someone you know? I guess it doesn't matter since I know neither, but do you know Ivo Poposov? I think he's a great musician. (Maybe I spelled it wrong).
Is there anyone else on youtube that sits down, apparently without any thought and plays songs they barely know, without resorting to staid old arrangements? Bravo.
There's a lot of great players on youtube and sites like this. I'm new at this, and don't listen as much as I should so I can't answer the question, but I'm glad you like it.
Yes, I'm playing this week, but don't want to give up my real name yet. Life has been so nice this way. I'll PM you with the band. It is a really good jazz group. Thanks for asking.
Thanks so much, fernwater. I'm just a bit low on time but plan to record and upload as many as possible. I have a bunch of originals as well but they are very tough for me to play solo.
I know this sounds ludicrous coming from someone named Hachamacha Shaloshi, but I find the name Eporone quite suspicious. Have I perhaps played a gig with you at some point?
The name Eporone just somehow harkens back to my distant past to a time when the only word I could reliably say was Eporon.
Thanks, f&h: I don't know. I'd love to multi-track something involving a vid but have no idea of what software will do that. This is all new for me and I've only used some basic moviemaker dreck.
I don't know what you meant either, but I recorded this in a moment of extreme sleepiness. I probably tend to look sick at those times. (hell, maybe all the time).

WOW! Do you have any recordings available for purchase???
karmar101 3 years ago
That sounds suspiciously like a compliment so thanks, but the answer is no, I think, unless (wait! you didn't specify recordings of me) ...
I've got a great record called "500 Masters of the Accordian" that I'd like to sell. Would 5 bucks be too much?
Thanks, Hashi.

hi allen,
I'm a huge Billie H. fan, and it was listening to her take on this that got me started doing this crazy stuff on YouTube.
Thanks for the generous comments,
