The force FX ones are nice I have used my friends. The only problem with them is they are a little to heavy to bring out in the public. I would be afraid to damage it.

I just bought the Luke version of the Ultimate FX lightsaber (same all plastic shit you got there) and I want to pick up the other 2 real soon. The FX which is 100 bucks has a metal handle which is a collectors replica. This ultimate FX is a kids plastic handle version. Honestly to me, no difference.

Hey Slick, got a question about it. You've had it for a little while now, and I'm wondering if the blade survives impact (kids want to duel, you know) or if it develops dead spots in the LEDs?

@bthellam id say yeah. my son stuck the tip of his vader saber between the fridge and wall and folded the tip of the blade! it created a crease but i bent it back straight and it still works 100%! it left a mark on the plastic where it folded though..

Hey man, I recently got the force FX lightsaber and my nephew fell in love with it, so he's got one of these, and they are identical to the Big bucks version, with the only exceptions being the metal handle (which is almost too weighty for small kids) and the over all length (once again too tall for the kids)... Personally having spent time with both youre not really missing out by owning those versions so enjoy them dude!

@JshMilevGK1 yes their the same guy. anakins blue saber is what he used while he was a Jedi, or while he was being trained to become one. Vaders, who is also Anakin, saber is red and has a different hilt..
