For anyone who thinks forza is better, there is a reason why GT5 took 5+ years to make ands it because of the details, the weather, the easy use on the UI, the fine tuning of cars, the graphics on the tracks. If I carry on like this, I will be here all day! :)
Ive got gt5. Hired out forza. ill go back to gt5 but after playing forza for 2-3 days i had all the cars i wanted fully modifed and was running out of things to do. I love how you can buy a dirty old gts-t skyline on gt5 . It doesnt always have to be the italian beast etc. The best thing about forza over gt5 is the engine sound thats about it.

To everyone hailing this video as the end of forza maybe you should go take a look at forza? forza looks tons better than this graphically and its already miles ahead of GT5 in practicably all areas. given that forza is so far ahead and has more people working on it than any other racing title its hard to see GT topping forza any time soon

Xbox is just jealous it doesnt have something like this. Forza is a 'game', gran turismo is a 'driving simulator'. One for children, one for real petrolheads
@DonMatty89 ok GT5 has 1000+ cars forza has 500+ cars and 1000>500 but i still think forza has a better selection of cars, for a start 800 of the cars as you know look last gen depending how the player feels about using them or not might limit him to just the HD cars and that player would find more selection with forza, the 800 cars also have some other issues but moving on GT has over a 100 nissans and mostly Japaneses makes which are great cars but less selection, forza has 80+ manufactures
@DonMatty89 with physics all i can really say is try forza 4/demo and turn off all the driving assists so its just pure physics and even pick a car you have driven in real life and I'm sure once you do 10-20 laps or even the first turn you will feel that this is very much a simulator. i personally think that its the best as do many people even GT fans you might think differently!
It shows off real time telemetry on track and has so much more upgrading and tuning to let u interact with physics

@DonMatty89 with the tracks you can refer to my cars argument that forza has quality over quantity. some of the GT tracks look last gen as well and many that are unimaginative and bland, forza only has a couple less tracks however if you include the variants of these tracks forza has around double GT5s score. all the forza 4 tracks look sublime and are a car lovers dream, all the real world tracks look vastly superior on forza, the textures and detail are undeniably better as are the fictional1s

GT took more time because they made the game the best they could. Forza just rushed it. GT had about 6 years whilst forza had 2. They should team up. Anyway, I have forza so i could send gameplay for a GT v Forza vid.
o you dont like nascar tracks? well you just threw away most of the US audience of the game. forza has 10ish ovals but every one is just an added bonus part of track thats added to the same level of another track, being able to use the same game content twice and pleasing twice the amount people is a great choice, and and there half a dozen 1/4-full mile drag strips cleverly worked in as well
@DenBeef In all fairness this Hog thing is even less realistic than Halo, and you can't even drive it so what a waste of time that is.

Seems to me Forza is greatly inferior.

@glasepsilon Um... I have forza but i just have to say GT5 FTW X 8 turn it sideways. The cars shine too much in forza 4. Even tho all the cars in GT5 sound the same it's still better. But even tho forza has more of the sporty new cars GT has real race car drivers and tracks made by them.
This sends chills running down my spine once more, maybe I'll finally love GT5 again. More Racing converted cars, new tracks and a better intro, thank you Kazunori Yamauchi ;D

24 hour races are to test the cars indurance not the driver that why they change the driver over
