Hello, I wanted to clarify some thing. If anyone were to brief me on this matter, that would be greatly appreciated.

Now, I'm aware of how to apply IPS patches (I'm sort of a pro ^_^), but everywhere I've been to on the Internet won't tell me how to MAKE an IPS file. Everything is about applying.

What I'd like to know it this:

Do you get the .smc clean ROM, apply the patch (I use Lunar IPS, and then just hack the patch, and when you're done, save it? Is this counted as a new .ips patch?

You have to press L, but if you're using an emulator, I suggest looking for some Controller section in the emulator.
