Jean Michel Jarre Monaco second rendez-vous

I recently saw him at Oberhausen concert. The harp went very well, no sign of old equipment or s.th. - the problems in the video probably have to do with wind or fog....

In my opinion I think the excess of air makes a non-smooth fog so when Jarre cuts the laser the brightest point will be in a point where the fog gets brighter... and not in the laser beam he is really cutting... Well that's my theory

Aposto que é esse vapor d'agua que eles estão jogando nos feixes, antes ele usava fumaça de máquina de FOG.

Cito isso porque há momentos que saem várias notas ao mesmo tempo...!!!

A fumaça se for muito escura pode tampar os feixes e confudir o MIDI.

Não sei, ainda é um equipamento único e pioneiro. Os instrumentos usados e a tecnologia ocasionar problemas. Transmissão MIDI em equipamentos ant uma hora ou outra dão problema, falo por experiência própria. Talvez tb o tempo(vento) não tenha ajudado o Jean MIchel acertar os feixes certos. Mas acredito que no caso , no começo, a interface não funcionou(Tilt)

En même temps la technologie évolue , jean-michel jarre est un précurseur dans le domaine sa harp laser devient gigantesque ! donc error pardonnée !

C'est con, mais ce ratage fait quand-même plaisir dans le sens qu'on peut voir que la harpe laser est un vrai instrument qu'il joue en live...

fue bastante frustrante para Jarre ese momento, creo que llego un minuto en que queria patear el arpa laser... xD jajaja bueno, despues de tantos años de musica, una "pifia" como esta se le perdona ;) simplemente UN MAESTRO!

:( poor man. It had to be hardly frustrating to have failures on the laser harp at that so critical and special moment. If you just care of the musical quality it brakes the song but it shows that it is REAL and it´s not a fake as so much people say. THANKS FOR THE SHOW Mr. Jarre.  I missed him playing LONDON KID and EQUINOXE VII. I was impressed yesterday of how well he played the keyboards.
