The professor is a freaking prick.

The black student chick is idiotic, albeit not so much.

Jethro is actually sane.

And the stewardess? She's the actual hero.

I like what they did with the Doctor here. For once, the story didn't revolve around him. Focused more on fear, the abstract concept coming to life when people are afraid. This is one of my favourite episodes, and one of the thhe few to have sent chills through my spine.

@dualshock1212 Hi if you're looking for a starting place and you're willing to do a bit of a catch up i'd recommend with starting with the 9th doctor from the 2005 relaunch, who was played by Christopher Eccleston, there was then 3 series and 4 specials with the 10th doctor played by David Tennant (the doctor here), then we're now half way through the second series with the 11th doctor played by Matt Smith (the doctor in the impossible astronaut). I hope you enjoy watching it all!

@blueeyesmilburn An excellent suggestion - Ecclestone was awesome, Tennant though made the part his own - I like Matt Smith but it really IS best to watch them all from Ecclestone's first appearance - it will make you love the show more (and Ive been watching it sinceJon Pertwee was the Doctor lol)

So as soon as it got into the ship it slipped into Sky, and started to repeat everyone.

'Cause that wayit could learn, and try to steal the cleverest voice in the room, the doctor's.
