  • My band needs to do this. Stat. :I

  • it should be more epic... o.o still cool though..

  • I heard of this music before. This was used in Video Games Live concerts whenever they did The Legend of Zelda, which was almost all the time. Or at least some of the music..

  • lol hear the kid at 0:47 humming along with the music? x) Next year my band is going to do Super Mario Bro's, Zelda, Tetris, and one more 8 bit game's theme song but it is undecided.

  • AAWWWWW SHIT SON THIS IS MY JAM!!!!

  • who the fuck is humming the song, leave us hear for the love of God, jeezzz

  • I need

    sheet music

    for this

  • Was there a triforce in the choreography?

  • @PunkRockWriter I was about to comment about the same thing.

  • what the hell happened to the front ensemble :(

  • Sounds like somethin that should be in the original Star Trek series to meh.........Not somethin' from the Legend of Zelda series ^_- except.... maby TP....... Never played that game... terrible -.-

  • Did they ever march into a Triforce? If they didn't they should have!

  • @XxMissNoNamexX They did indeed! It begins at 1:57

  • GVSU....Grand Valley State?

  • @TheMusicdork94 Gerudo Valley State.

  • @natureshamy Is that the school's actual name? That's epic.

  • @TheMusicdork94 Nah I was joking :) a quick Google search brought "Grand Valley State University" :P

  • @natureshamy Isn't that in Michigan?

  • Not to brag, as I realize many in this discussion have done the same, but I just want to confirm from personal experience that marching 200 bpm is very possible.

  • awesome

  • Awesome!

  • 160 is not bad at all actually the band I marched in high schools opener and closer junior year were at 180 bpm and we pulled it off. Then senior year the opener was at 160,140,180. And part of the closure was at 200. It's not impossible it just takes a whole lot of training. Amazing video btw I am a huge Zelda fan and I was totally awed when I saw this show. Good job :)

  • the trailer theme is kinda too slow for me. i can understand the slowness cause no one can march real fast (i arranged this too and the speed was like 160. impossible to march unless you have really quick legs)

  • @VenomEmperor im a sophomore and ive marched at 190 it was hard but it wasnt horrible my feet wore always in time

  • @staband311

but then there are limits. if you march really far at a tempo like that, it's gonna tire you out really quickly.

  • @VenomEmperor You should've seen our band march Welcome to Cuba from James Bond.

  • I'm gonna try to get my school to play the zelda theme

  • the guy in the back ground said he played zelda for one day and quit... how could he

  • GO ZELDA!!!! When I'm in marching band, I would really want to play this!!

  • Argh, my school needs to do this too!

  • @ScienceOfThePS3 Same with mine!!!

  • Wtf was with the second half of that arrangement? Lame ending too. But I hope GVSU stands for Gerudo Valley State.

  • lol that would be interesting, it stands for Grand Valley State University, so i guess you were close, its located in Grand rapids Michigan

  • It's the music from the trailer of Twilight Princess. A strange arrangement of it, but hey, the director and students probably transcribed it. And Zelda is Zelda. Still super epic. :)

  • @homsar89

I saw what you did there

  • @homsar89 It's the music off the Twilight Princess trailer.

  • i m going to ask my teacher about doing this show next year

  • Epic arrangement.

The colorguard doesn't match up with the epicness I'm afraid. :(

  • I am filled of envy. >>

  • LOL, Triforce at the end!

  • That was awesome! The arrangement was a tad different, but still fit Orchestra Piece #1 pretty well. I heard a fan say "It would be awesome if they made a triforce" or something along those lines. It's kinda hard to tell from the video, but did they? Kinda looked like it, but hard to say for sure...

  • big sound, little mic
