  • i can play this song on guitar hero 3 lol

  • @TranshumanCyborg realized this myself last week. LOL!

  • my guess is that their mom/dad never taught them how to do anything when they were young, always did it for them (oh the love they showed), so as adults they are completely crippled with ordinary cleaning, but that's just a guess.

  • You can do it! I believe you have the power to clean this place up and make it look awesome! Come on if everyone pitches in you can do it!

  • It's not squalor until you have rotting food all over the place and roaches

  • HA HA LOVE THE WALL MART BAG; AT LEAST NOW YOU KNOW after going to that people of wallmart website, how the creature features prefer to decorate their lavish apartments

  • that actually looks like a nice house - to bad the pig living there decided to make it their pigpen.

  • Nice fridge :) 1:03 hehe

  • My sister and husband are somewhat hoarders. Every corner of home is filled with stuff. Stuff is however organized in some manner. Too bad they have a roach problem and won't spray even if I buy the spray and take it to them. If I spray, they get mad. Under the sink was a huge (and I mean HUGE) spider that killed roaches. Roach carcuses were 4 inches deep under the sink...yikes.

  • I think this is a problem all across America. I know a lot of people with houses that are messy, but most don't have food trash in the house, just a clutter.

  • Lets see.... a safe guess would be you did not take HOME ECONOMICS in school.

Get off the damn computer and clean the house!

  • I always get so envious of people with a washer and dryer hookup. . .and then angry at the clothes that surround it >_<

  • its always worse when there are obviously children in the house

  • This is not hoarding!! This is lazy ass pigs. Poor children. Nice role models !!!

  • it took me 3 days no sleep to clean my sisterin law's place she had 5 piles of clothese in the garage i washed it all. and the house. child protection was going to take the kids. i'm glad i helped. eventually they took the kids anyway. it's awful if you even tried to help a relative. you have no imagine how awful it is. it's a nightmare. i'm a clean person and can't imagine living that way...

  • LOL, thats fucking great, typical Americans, thanks for posting this

  • Two Signs You May Be a Hoarder:

    I. In any given room, there is no available "walking" space i.e: visible flooring

    2. There are some items in your home that, in their current state, can not be used for what they are designed for- sink, toilet, bed

  • I have to clean and clean and clean. My husband is a hoarder/slob who tricked me into believing he was a "neat freak". It's rubbing off on my kids who throw their dirty and clean clothes and candy/food wrappers on the floor as they eat. I hate it!

  • you need to put your foot down and create expectations, then make clear consequences when the expectations arent met. have your husband back you up where the kids are concerned. and really express to him, not in anger , how his habits have a bearing on your happiness and your not willing to sacfafice your sanity just because hes lazy and thinks the little things are trivial.

hes one of the adults that is obligated to set a good example for the kids. i have had the same expirience as you have

  • i truelly believe that this is child abuse and neglect. its not a nice environment and risks their health.what a sad way to grow up says alot about their parenting ways.its gross the government should come and find them decent homes until they get their act together....

  • omg! they have kids living there. Thats enough to have social services come their way. It happened to a girl i worked with. it's not funny I hope it has not boiled down to that. Their kids must stink when they go to school and lose their homework. To bad.

  • could you image your next apt someone else could have lived that way before you. They are only renting HAVE SOME FUCKING RESPECT for the next person.

  • These people are not pigs, they're human beings. I've seen a lot worse in other YT vids. This case isn't the worst, but it's pretty bad anyway. I hope they get help.

  • Clean your house you stinkin' pig.

  • Damn! DId you see the febreeze bottle and the clorox spray? LOL. I didn't know hoarders attemp to clean...uhm??

  • @coysraye3 My mother was like this. She would buy cleaning products all the time with good intentions and then get overwhelmed and couldn't do it. She'd spend a day or two trying to clean, then give up. We found boxes and boxes of cleaning products when she died.

  • I've seen a lot worse. But this doesn't look like a hoarder's home, it looks like someone whose lazy with kids they don't want to cleanup after.

  • It looks like they broke into my house and took pictures!

  • People who live like this have some type of "habit" that occupies their time.. Maybe drugs, drinking, gambling,or sex..

  • fricken pigs my house is beautiful..unlike this*

  • people who live like this are fucking pigs

  • Left a long comment on your latest myspace. I hope things are getting better for you all.

  • How can people say it is not that bad.???

  • Spider heaven!

  • typical squalor

  • It's bad. It could be worse, but you can say that about everything. It's bad for sure.

  • Messy, but not too bad yet. Best to nip this in the bud before it becomes really bad.

  • messy....but not that bad....i have seen much worse

  • yah, thats nothing....

  • It doesn't look too bad. Could have been worse.

  • Just plain nasty! No excuse! especially with a baby!

  • But this could happen again later, esp. when the baby is older and has toys all over.

  • Really, this looks like stage 1 compared to my parents house. Perfect choice in music.

  • They should call Miss Niecy at Clean House!!!

  • Truthfully, I have seen worse. Look at the other places on youtube.

  • My daughter has it..It ruins peoples life..

  • My Dad's house is 20 times worse/more full, plus 4 large storage units!

  • Now I know where the roaches and rates live -

Simple answer, when they are out, bulldoze the lot - PROBLEM SOLVED:))

  • I would never imagine choosing "paint it black

" would work so well as background music for a hoarding expose.

Normally the Rolling Stones classic accompanies soldiers jumping out of helicopters in Nam.

But the song really works, especially as I can't see a single open window in that house.

  • This is a mental illness, closely related to OCD and depression. Medication and behavioral therapy is the only way to address this. Unfortunately I have friends like this and their house is well on the way to becoming much worse than this video.

  • How are your friends now? Did you show them the video?

  • No. Spouse and I have decided to be careful about interfering in their marriage. They have a baby, but at present the house's condition does not pose a threat to the baby's health. It has been improving in the past few months -- the baby seems to have been a catalyst for improvement.

  • Dejunking is the best feeling!!!!

  • bizarre

  • Wow, your mind is elsewhere and you hate cleaning and pick up after yourself....this is hard to explain

  • Yes it is very hard to explain. I think my hoaring issues came from grandparents who were raised in the depression. It passed own to both my parents and then to me. We have all tried to clean up, but it takes forever because every thing you try to disgard is attached to the past which WAS BETTER. Before Globalism and when American families were important. I belive hoarding is a way people hold on to the good old day, but not in a good way.

  • Have you made any progress in freeing yourself of all the stuff/junk? I hope so. Do you ever just want to get on a plane and never see the stuff again and start a new live in Guam? Or NYC?

  • Tried, but it's a slow process.

I have dreamed of moving elsewhere too. Just not NYC.

  • I have been in way worse houses than this. This just looks messy. With a few people helping, it could be cleaned up in less than a week.

  • I'm shocked. You mean that the state will take your kids away from you if your a slob? This just looks like a house with a lot of kids living in it to me. If there was animal waste all over the place I could understand. But this is just bad house cleaning.

  • Are you kidding me? This does not look like a house with a lot of kids living in it. It is a total and disgusting mess.

  • Let's say the house is a total and disgusting mess. Does that justify the states removal of children from the house?

  • There are no blankets on the beds. Mold on the bathroom floor. Filth and grime everywhere. BTW, I don't seen anywhere that indicates the children were removed from the home. I could see the parents being forced to grow up and clean up.

  • I've been in houses like that. I imagine a really stale stench exists there.
