  • Wynans was a member of the Second Coming, which, from November 1968 to Feb 1969 also included two future and founding members of The Allman Brothers Band: guitarist Dickey Betts and bassist Berry Oakley. Wynans joined Stevie Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble in 1985, playing keyboards on Soul to Soul. Wynans performed with the group until Vaughan's death in 1990.

  • Reese Wynans on keys

  • I was at this show. At the beginning of this recording while Duane is telling the crowd that Gregg was too sick to play, right after he says "you know about being ill, the cat is ill" a guy that was about 15 seats to my left and 3 rows back said "you mean he's too high" to which Duane replied "not that you junkie bastard!" Then they launched into Elizabeth Reed. What a classic response. You don't mess with Duane Allmans little brother!! Duane died around 3 months later. He was the best...

  • @bb6345789 So cool how Duane puts that a..hole in his place. You really witnessed a piece of history here. Do you remember if Duane, Berry or Dickey sang on any other songs at this concert? Maybe I can find the setlist on the net.
