no, you misunderstand! Academic dishonesty does infact not include unethical ways of collecting data. It is rather the misrepresentation of these data, for example by using quotemining, or taking things out of context and building up an entire new context around it to strawman arguments.

Actually he takes a couple of them out of context.... thats on top of the false pre-tenses. So he lies to get them in an interview, then misrepresents their statements. In addition they also misrepresent the actual stories behind the people who are "Expelled". This is by nature academic honesty. Throwing it together under false pre-tenses is done becuase if the scientists would've known what it was about , they would have deffinatly NOT agreed to the interview. Pretty sure Stein knew that.

If you claim to call someone on their bad arguments, then do it. Your example of someone using false pretenses to gain access to a facility to gather data: that ABSOLUTELY would be academically dishonest (if not illegal) and that person would ABSOLUTELY be blacklisted (or reprimanded) by their institution.
He never said Stein was academically dishonest (what he was doing is not academic). It was just counter to the principles of empirical investigation and the moral quest for truth.

Evolution does not prove whether God exist or not, it merely tries to give an explanation as to how things developed, and as a Creationist I believe the hand of God was in the process whatever way He decided to use. So I am not against Evolution as such, I am merely critical of it to try and explain everything. Did the grasses come before the animals, or did animals come before the grasses, to put it simply?
