this is cool, though it seems more of an artistic swordstyle than a defensive/fighting style. But the balance and coordination is astounding, it's like mixing Marching Band, with Ballet...with swords XD
@CRETALLAZ a friend showed it to me and he asked me what was the first thing to come to mind. I do not understand the way of this martial art, so the best thing i could do is compare it to what i know. I do wonder how they develop such coordination without intense training.
is it right to have the sword behind your back? I mean older swords were even more curved.

Je crois que tu n'as rien compris à la voie du Iai pour mettre un commentaire de ce style.
C'est justement un pur art martial défensif.
De plus leur coordination vient de la "conscience du monde qui l'entoure", voir sans pour autant regarder, par le ressenti.

It's amazing how seamless, even when they slowed it down, how smooth everything was, and nary a sound drawing or sheathing.... I like it!
Makes me want to learn this art for protecting myself!
