  • heyyy pornography is good

  • Is it the original or is the justice version the original ?

  • @Dobeliou this is the original

  • in fact, if you ask the guys from justice who some of their major influences are then they always say soulwax ;)

  • you PAID!!!!

  • just fuck em all

  • fucking system , i live in my own world bitches

  • Lol this song was used an excuses so that one of the band members could hangout with his girlfriend hence the name this is an excuses and the reference to "your paying" is a slur to the lable who footed the bill to.fly her over!

  • I really like the song and think this video states clear, true facts about America and the world in general.

  • wow this is bad ass totally rad

  • Ce clip a une autre tournure depuis la crise!...

  • the song is from 2005 actually, i honestly hope its not older than you

  • @AiRWarlock Its not actually it was released at the tail end of 2004.

  • Ah yes, but "...more than 3 billion people have jobs."

  • So... Capitalism is dangerous.

  • @rastamusic227 Well, Neoliberalism is, and all ways of political+economic administration of money is just poison to humans and the earth.

  • LONG LIVE TO EUROPE!

  • YOU PAID!

  • cool!

  • Seriously, wft ?!! This version and the Justice's version are totally different. The only thing in common is the voice but the song is absolutely different. This version is very cool (i like the clip) but Justice's version is too better. :D

  • @24stidy24 different genres altogether and this is the original so.. go figure.

  • @24stidy24 like!!

  • How true

  • WTF! Y PAY!

  • Awesome vid

  • See Emily Play!

  • Such a classic song! Is this the official video? If so, I like it! There's something very late 1950's / early 1960's about it. Rock and roll, Soulwax!

  • yawn

  • 2many.

  • perfec! simplemente perfecto!

  • I wonder who is singing this song? Is it maybe the chinese girl?

  • @Starcloud1986 Yup. She's Nancy Whang from LCD Soundsystem, Stephen's (ex?) girlfriend.

  • eh, i like the justice remix better. also, if we didn't spend our money on those things it wouldn't go to better things, it wouldn't exist at all because no one would take out loans or credit.

  • awsome song. anyone knows where can i download it?

  • This song is great, but I kinda think it lacks the hard core thrash metal/electro feel that the justice mix gives it. With that being said, excellent song, bad ass video.

  • umanità parassita del pianeta

  • I had never seen/heard the original of this song till now, only the justice remix!

  • dance dance!!!

  • holy shit i remember hearing this song the first time and thinking what the hell is this bullshit ,but now five years later i can say that this might be one of the most influential songs of the decade

  • well that depends in what it is better, justices ny excuse is a completely different genre, this is original disco justice has invented their own disco

  • justice is mostly electro, they didn't invent anything... and justice's greatest influence is, in their own words, soulwax.

  • dont know soulwax has that a big of influence on justice. but i know that alot of electro artists become artists in that genre caus soulwax did it also and they liked the tunes.

i saw it on belgium tv, it where a couple of artists but dont know who it all was but pretty sure that "the subs" where in it

  • yeah!

  • I know, though I love Justice so fucking much! Soulwax second, Mr Oizo third

  • If you watch the Soulwax documentary 'Part of the weekend never dies' Nancy Whang (vocals on this track) explains this song is about her boyfriend David Dewaele (of Soulwax) wanted an excuse to come see her in New York while they were working on the album so he asked her to do vocals on this tune they had made! :)

  • I saw that last night and she also said that she really hate this song! haha

  • @froggeryjones actually her boyfriend is (was) Stephen

  • "Kill people every day"

  • what does the 'ny' mean? new york?

  • yes new york... so soulwax had a song made (this one) but had no vocals. they brought the girl (forget name, but plays keys in LCD soundsystem.) basically had their label pay for her to sing for the song.

get to the studio and turn everything on and no one had anything for lyrics. so they made it ny excuse... an excuse to bring her to ny on company money. all explained better in the soulwax dvd

  • The girl is Nancy Whang

  • @phylotidees

    Nancy Whang on vocals ;)

  • @phylotidees She's called Nancy Whang....

  • @phylotidees : Nance Whang is the girl, I think

  • @phylotidees nancy whang is the girl

  • @phylotidees wow nancy doesnt saound anything like this in the LCD soungs O_o

  • @phylotidees what happened is they had the label pay for THEM TO TRAVEL TO NEW YORK!!!

    get it straight.

  • @phylotidees Her name is Nancy Whang

  • @phylotidees yes all view the documentary

  • uuuuuuh...yeah! :S

  • the drums in this song are the drums Justice use ... (well the one they were using for their cross stuff)

  • well yeah, justice covered this and they also cite soulwax as one of their main influences

  • Justice stole the drums of Justice (watch Soulwax DVD, there is an interview of Justice and they admit it :) )

  • yeah, that's from where I know it

    great movie btw

  • they stole the drums from themselves? that sounds about right

  • oups; justice stole soulwax drums :)

  • my freaking god, soulwax kick ass

  • soulwax is the best ever! and 2manydjs too!

  • Cool !

  • at on point I think I saw "enough cans to build jumbo jets" O.o

  • gr8 on on cid... n im watchin this lol

  • Super cool song !!! Belgium rocks too every now and then :-)

  • more often than not, really... it's just that most people (that includes the belgians) know absolutely nothing about this country...

  • I said I didn't shout!! haha

  • Does anybody know who the girls voice on this song is?

  • I'm pretty sure that's Nancy Wang from LCD Soundsystem

  • It's Nancy Whang's voice from LCD Soundsystem..

  • nice video and justice rmx is very interesting

  • how did justice get such a clean sample from this song?

  • prolly got the original files from soulwax

  • they know eachother well and, as marinedelta wrote, got everything they needed directly from the source

  • this makes me wonder what society is?

  • yes..it is..go, guess..fuck the society.

  • cant say that justice is better, i mean both is very good,

  • Great clip!!!

  • Justice is just better

  • ha soulwax is one of justice's major influences

  • ottimo
