  • the capoeira sweep is not simple at all; if the guy lets go of his back leg he can get to a standing base; there are plenty of safe and easy sweeps to escape half guard

  • Thanks i do alot of naga toutaments, and the reasons why i get caught to many times is i dont know how to escape half gaurd
