Powerful, informative speech. Just what Americans need to hear. I watched all 7 parts. This talk could have been said today. So much propaganda against patriots, so many Socialists in powerful positions in this country, so many unConstitutional policies going on, 10 Soviet spies we recently caught trying to infiltrate policy-making and journalism. It is fact that there is a Socialist movement going on. Socialism/communism is evil; history has proved it time and time again.

not saying thomas S. Monson is bad or anything but we seriously need the prophet (now) to be like this and tell us about the constitution and stand up for it. He really needs to do it like ezra taft benson. this is the most important time to stand up for freedom too.

@Snooperking I agree. I've thought this many times. However, I believe that Monson and the rest are on top of all this its just not the time to expose it; because for the time being, it could hinder the Lords work. It will come out soon enough.

@Snooperking Many of the prophets have warned time and again of the downfall of freedom in America. But not enough people listened, I feel we ignored too long and it might be too late to reverse the current trend of big intrusive gov, that is why the prophets no longer speak of it, because they have but no one cared to listen. So if we teach of our Lord Jesus Christ, maybe the prophets feel enough people will repent to spare our nation. Just a thought

I suppose the Lord places the right men at the right time. President Hinkley's media expertise made him perfect for the global transition into the information age, President Monson's business expertise makes him ideal for handling the Church during a deep recession---when the world needs another politically expert servant, I'm sure one will arise. =)

ezra believed that the kennedy assasain was a conspiracy

by the shawdow communist, if he's right about communism in America

@1turner22 the reason why kennedy was assasinated is because of the World Goverment that has ran all presidents after him. They wanted him to do the same but he wouldn't. He knew about freedom and what needed to happen and he made a speech, the speech is what killed him.

@Snooperking Not only the speech but Kennedy did away with the "Federal Reserve Note"s On our dollar and made the "United States Notes" (which doing away with fed reserv. notes would have really stimulated the econ. because we were not borrowing and getting deeper enslaved by the F.R.)....After he was killed, Johnson (proceeded kennedy), soon put the federal reserve notes back on the dollar. N W O was back on track.

There is hope my friends-But not if we don't choose hope, work and duty deliberately! As President Benson said, "Time is always on the side of truth!" Educate yourselves on the patriots history of America, then educate others. Read, the founders, read the inspiration of the founders, read "the marketing of evil." Awaken yourselves or you cannot awaken others! God didn't make this the promised land for the faithful to drag their feet in well doing- Stand up for freedom, and God bless you!

Welcome to 2009 President Benson. We are with much personal regret a communist nation now. It is an insidious plaque upon us and has caused a great downfall to our society.

Freedom does not exist here. We are taxed heavily and dumbed down greatly. The patriots are few and far between. The faithful are all but a few left and bear a heavy burden placed on them by society.
