@DLRS1 Well the difference is that Niki started modeling at 13 years old. She worked with the best at a young age and was on the cover of Seventeen magazine also at age 13. Niki had to grow up very quickly coz everyone treated her like an adult even though she's just in her pre teens. She learned how to be professional at a young age. Cassi is completely different. She doesn't take her work seriously and its such a shame coz she has the most potential of all the girls in her season.

Cassie has such a wonderful face and had a bright future in modeling. She really screwed that one up. oh well, a good girl won. Poor Tahnee, they should have stopped the interview so she could deal with that nosebleed. lol she handled it so gracefully. Such a great girl.

The whole series except for one agent said anything about her teeth...or at least we didn't see it. I think Cassi is just...absolutely GORGEOUS AND STUNNING with her teeth the way it is. It's a beautiful flaw for her. It's not that big of a problem or the judges and agents and the important people would have said so time and time again. We didn't see that. Tahnee growing by 11 kilos during cycle 5 was not seen as professional and as seeing the big picture by the industry.In cycle 6 as a guest we could see she had continued to gain and gain. It is beyond rediculous now.And with audience given veto power over professionals notice we did not see the same big name photographers for cycle 6.
Charlotte was against Clare all cycle,using the same "she's creepy" nonsense.What a joke that she now is so concerned about Clare being "robbed". Cassie cannot rob Clare.The show can,and did after fashion week.

And were it not for sponsors Harpers,Mabeline,and Telstar,Tahnee would have almost nothing to show for her time as NTM.Because of this stupid PC decision the shows cred was gone.For Cycle 6 they could not go to Milan,Paris,London.or NY and got no agents to see top 4.The girls had to hop around in a silly TV show instead.

The low point for Tyras orig show was AU cycle 3 when a Los Angeles boutique owner referred to American girls cast by Tyra as "mall rats". In my opinion it was why neither show in 2007 was in a major fashion capital.Cycle 5 ANTM trip to London was with no agents.

cassie got d judges votes..but tahnee got publics votes..tahnee may have won in series 5 but cassie will definitely rock d world of fashion..shes more editorial and high fashion than tahnee based on the judges comment,d 2 designers and the owner of priscilla agency.
When fashion week ended, before eliminating Clare,Sarah said about Tahnee "...she has it. She is going to be our Victoria Secret model who gets every commercial she auditions for..." It never happened,the phone call to Priscilla from VS never came. Tahnee accepting a 6 month deal to be exclusive with Harpers in Sept last year reeked of desperation, no way would Alice have had to do that.Were it not for them and other show sponsors such as Telstar,Tahnees run, longest ever as winner disappointed.
Alex and charlotte are both right, and sarah too. In the end, cassie still got offered a contract by priscilla's but she hasnt signed at all cuz she wants to stay with her boyfriend.

i can see your point of view, but obviously you've had time to really sit down and analyze this - these girls are in the heat of competition and dealing with so much pressure already. the reason tahnee came out on top is cause she chose to relate with the girls in a 'healthy competition' way, whereas cassie just caused unnecessary drama or reacted to things in a way to get a reaction from the others.
Cassie never wanted this a fraction as much as the other girls. She wanted to give up sooo many times and I think just 'went along' with the whole thing more than anything else. She kept saying she wanted to quit. She even admitted that winning this wouldn't be the biggest thing that could happen to her. what she did was steal the opportunity from so many other people because she slacked and never really wanted it but knew the judges would keep her in.

When fashion week ended, before eliminating Clare,Sarah said about Tahnee "...she has it. She is going to be our Victoria Secret model who gets every commercial she auditions for..." It never happened,the phone call to Priscilla from VS never came. Tahnee accepting a 6 month deal to be exclusive with Harpers in Sept last year reeked of desperation, no way would Alice have had to do that.Were it not for them and other show sponsors such as Telstar,Tahnees run, longest ever as winner disappointed.

Tahne is beautiful and nice, but honestly never succeed as a model, much less as an international model.
During the entire program experts spoke: Cassi could succeed internationally, she has all the qualities. But as the public decided, won Tanhe.
And yet ... after the show, Cassie was offered two contracts, one with the Tahne´s agency, and another from New York, and now she models much more than any another girl.
Cassi actually won after all.. Ps. Sorry for my terrible english.

She seemed dreadful to live with, she constantly made excuses to make up for her poor effort and constantly rose their hopes by telling them she would leave. She had a horrible attitude most of the time for the most menial things and was just hard to get along with. Tell me you didn't see ANY of that?

i can see your point of view, but obviously you've had time to really sit down and analyze this - these girls are in the heat of competition and dealing with so much pressure already. the reason tahnee came out on top is cause she chose to relate with the girls in a 'healthy competition' way, whereas cassie just caused unnecessary drama or reacted to things in a way to get a reaction from the others.

She kept saying she wanted to quit.
