So Aliens with this advanced technology able to travel from planet to planet come down to Earth and build an almost primitive rock "base" under water? Nothing technical about it... no highly advanced tools? Not buying it. I do however believe that it is possible that scientists are not dating things correctly since over several years they keep changing the dates of how old things are. I also believe it possible that these cities were simply caught in the tide and taken over by water.
